I see some people leaving, but whatever. I haven't even touched the game aside from a few multiplayer matches in months. I still come here for the ****s and giggles though. There's too many other good games out there that its just not worth it to get all fussed over it. Been enjoying some Max Payne action lately. Now that was a great ending.

That's not true. "Promotion" is an important aspect of Ashley's character. You know, how it was emphasized that her family is "cursed" and now it is finally over

Yes, because I hate when things happen only to happen without any logic or consistency. Dark Night Rises is the worst in the trilogy because it is full of non-explanatory events that seem borderline impossible and childish.

It's not that important that Ash is a Lt Commander now, she just is and what's important is where the story goes from here.

As I said before, it is important she is now Lt.Commander. Military is a huge refering-point in both hers and Shep's life. Especially considering her past and family history.
But what is even more important, for people who want to know more of Ashley and develop a relationship, is how did she get her, what was her life like for the last few years. I want to know all, including how did she get promoted.

Unfortunately, BioWare forgot that there are ppl who would like to know things like "what was Ashley doing for the last two and a half years"

Yea. If Shep didn't romance Ashley, then he carries her fireman style. I hate the way it looks. So devoid of emotion and feeling.
