Plus: Ash has medigel.
Okay, explain me how medigel will help you to seal torn artery part? What size wound channel ME guns' projectiles made?1mm? 5? 25? How the hell you suppose to seal that? Existing compression sleeves will provide same treatment, if person is delivered to hospital and operated soon, well, maybe he'll survive and even will be in one piece. Maybe, given future, that person will be able to return to normal conditions, but it will require a lot of time.

Besides that: if a man can survive both of his legs blown of by a shell, he should also be able to survive a gunshot wound.
I'm not sure how it is named on English, probably some sort of "compression wound', when damage is so great, so it practically seals all arteries, thus preventing blood loss.
Simply put, person with low part of body (not just legs) being torn apart by explosion or by train, still may be awake for some time. But that person is doomed.

I have had that game for over a year. Haven´t played it yet, because I´ve got soo MANY games. And I know that AP takes at least 50 hours to complete...
And? Go play it, it worth every hour.
Plus, not sure for 50, really. But I managed to finish ME3 in 25, while I've been told it's "40 hours" game.
