So I'm debating a new playthrough. I've only ever done soldier and Adept. What class do people reccomend (in ME1)? I'm romancing Ash obv...

Try infiltrator . I've only played as a soldier but next time I'm going to try the infiltrator class.

In ME1, I mainly play as a soldier, but I'd recommend Engineer class first and then Infiltrator class. It's always fun turning synthetics against each other with the hacking ability.

Adept or any biotic class in ME3 is way too easy to the where it's not even fun.

I play as a soldier and just go around with the Phalanx and frag grenades. Commando style.

I like being an Infiltrator, but to start from scratch as one in ME1 is REALLY annoying. Needing weapon upgrades just to keep your sniper scope from wandering off on you gets old really fast. I've only started an engineer (mostly as research for my other ME fanfic), but I liked vanguard just fine.

Did y'all see the announcement about the ME trilogy? I was briefly really excited, but it's kind of too little, too late. It's really helpful for PS3 owners who never got to play 1 and started with 2 and therefore know jack crap about Ashley (other than as "that ****y jerk on Horizon"). But overall... I would only be tempted to buy it for my PS3 if it like came with alllllll the DLC from all the games, ME3 included. The firepower packs, the genesis comic thing, ALL THE THINGS. I got suckered into the Ultimate DA:O collection because it included all the DLC I was never gonna buy, so I DEMAND the same treatment to facilitate my greed and entitlement.

They just announced today that they're releasing the entire trilogy in a bundle for the PC, 360, and PS3.

I have a friend on XBL who has never given the series (he played ME, but not 2 or 3) a real shot. This may be a good way to do so.

He hasn't been in a while, though. His Xbox is deaded.

Yikes!! My xbox did break once. Thankfully it was still under warranty. 

Dodged a bullet there.
