YEs indeed. There's not really much to worry about 9 months out, but January and february are the months when it'll get really spoilery. Hopefully a certain vigilante will be there to ward away all the mean people who'll post spoilers.

Dude no, they wouldn't have your love interest from the first game that you stayed loyal to, pull a Garrus. That'd be lazy and ignorant on their part. The romances in this game will come full circle and hopefully it'll be beautiful and not rushed.

Bioware's policy on most pre-release material is that anything they put out isn't a real spoiler.  That said when in doubt make your own spoiler tags and use the top right color square when posting spoilers so that it can only be read on purpose.   SPOILER Ok not really, but see how well it works! END SPOILER You can't expect the thread not to discuss the newest PR that is put out but at the same time if say copies of ME3 leaked out early it wouldn't be fair to post endgame story spoilers.

@ADL: I happily accept your offer to be the SPOILER POLICE. You know how I love enforcing my personal code of ethics with my fists!! (And you raise a good point about the 9 months out, but you know how we costumed vigilantes are... we like to have all our escape routes mapped out in advance! Also, I may have inadvertently stumbled across what was to me, a big spoiler, so I'm ratcheting up my paranoia.)

Edit: @makenzieshepard: That's all I'm asking, that people post a SPOILER tag for those who want things to be a surprise.

See just that doesn't work for someone like me who reads so damn fast that by the time I register a spoiler tag I've already read the spoiler.  If it's not hidden chances are I'll get the gist of the spoiler just from the keywords my mind will register. SPOILER , END SPOILER and the hidden text color is the best of both worlds.

Given the archaic attitudes towards women during the Dark Ages/Renaissance (in Europe), I think Ash would be banging her head against the nearest castle wall, praying to escape. Add her darker complexion to that, and she'd be going out of her mind.

true, depending on her entrance (if it's like really spectacular) she might be though of as a goddess and be worshipped. We all agree that Ash is biracial. Would anyone care to hypothesize as to what exactly is her racial mix? I think that her lips could quite possibly give us some insight into where to begin.

Ash is Ash, and an excellent character that nobody really should care. The "determining racial mix" stuff is stupid thinking that reduces people to nothing more than numbers for certain people to care about. Let's just stop the Reapers.

I agree. If we are really true Ash fans....no topic should be off limit. People post half naked pics of Ash but asking about her racial makeup seems to be taboo. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense.

Well, I think in an Era where there are Aliens interacting with humans, I'd think race wouldn't constitute skin color, but species. Humans are humans, no matter the color or nationality, like it's the human race, turian race, etc.

I think it's a good possiblity that at this time in the future, every human is interracial to an extent.  I'm not sure what Ash is (possibly some Cuban or Puerto Rican or both/idk) but I don't think it should be an issue to discuss it, here in the Ashley thread.  It has been a topic in the past... but I don't see why it should be a problem that Kemet wants to discuss it now, with whoever decides to take part.  That is all...
