Those two assassins outside of chora's den were harder for me to kill (and gave me a harder time... like multiple deaths) than any of the fights with Saren, including the last fight, did!

I'm currently trying to figure out character-creator etc. and get another ASh-pic as avatar. And I like this pic of yours the msot of the ones you have had too, along with the gif.

Oh and the last couple of dialogues have been great

Anyway, Oldharryold, I detect a high amount of awesome in that pic. Shepard usually just stands at the sideline enjoying the sight.

I can live with Ash with a Sniper..but still prefer her with either assault or shotgun. Garrus is my regular sniper, Wrex simply needs a Shotgun..

Edit: 3 shotguns is basically overkill, but somehow it's so hard to resist when I take Ash&Wrex along.

 I'm signing off for some of that wondrous, miraculous and illusive thing called 'sleep'. But before I do, I give you a shepley snippet. It feels like I haven't written on in AGES.

Ashley just watched him. Not making a move, or a sound or anything. She just sat by the cot and watched his chest expand and compress ever so slightly in time with his faint breathing. His face was a mask, an almost tranquil image at odds with the nightmares that had plagued him since the start of all this Reaper business. Occasionally, a finger would twitch or something would make hi figdet for a split second before he would get comfortable again. 

Ashley would sometimes just lie in bed, awake. Her chin propped on her folded hands, resting on her pillow. Her eyes would trace over the lines on his face, the scars from when he was rebuilt though they were faint now. Pale shadows of what were orignally an angry orange-red. Some of the larger surgical scars on his chest were not so lucky healed. Occasionally, whenever Shepard would have his shirt off - usually after they made love or he had a shower, Ash would see the larger patches of scarring glow the faintest red. 

She noticed his hair that had been closely cropped to his scalp, had now grown out slightly though it was not long enough to style in any way she could run her fingers through it. His stubble had grown slightly as well, and throughout the dark brown hair, Ashley could see scattered silvery strands. He looked peaceful in his sleep, but in need of a thorough cleaning up. Oevrall, he looked wore, haggard. Ash supposed she couldn't blame him. She had seen him grow from the N7 marine who happened by and saved her life, to the First Human Spectre, then savior of the Galaxy a few times over and only weeks ago saved it for the final time against the Reaper invasion. The stress of it all would have aged him significantly, and personal grooming would have understably been the least of his cares right now.

"You're doing it again." His voice mumbled, a tired eyelid opened revealing the faded blue eye beneath staring at her.

"Sorry." Ash said coolly. "Just thinking."

He groaned and rolled over, snaking his arm around her waist and pulling her close. "It's time for sleeping, Ash. Think when you wake up." He told her, Ashley didn't resist. She snuggled into his chest and took in the scent that was uniquely him.

"Just one question before I sleep?"

A moment of silence passed. "Make it quick, please."

"What do you want to do now?" She whispered quietly, "All your hard work as paid off. What now?"

"Sleep. With you in my arms." He deadpanned the response.

"I'm being serious, John." Ashley said, rolling her eyes and sounding dissatifised with his answer.

"So was I. I'll worry about the rest tomorrow. Sound cool to you?"

Ashley let herself get more comfortable. "Sounds cool to me, Skip."

"Good. Now shut up and sleep. That's an order."
