I am amazed that we don't have more confirmed pics of Ash at this point in development. The concept art doesn't even look like her imo, and I personally don't like the over-the-knee boots. Put her back in ME1 gear if need be, but don't make her out to be "Paris Hilton in armor". That's not the soldier my Shepard fell in love with and is remaining true to in ME2.

If I hate my choice in Ash's wear, it'd be a female version of the outfit Shepard wore during his escape from Earth (I assume the Alliance has changed its dress code some since Shepard's time...er first lifetime, hehe.) though maybe slimer and a shade of blue with the SpecTRe symbol emboridered on the sleeve.

Me too, I liked when Ashley got jealous, proves she cares.  Ash is sensitive, a lot more than she lets on. I'm glad Ashley had the sense to walk away from a jerk Shepard who just wanted some ass. Liara just stood there, I think she was down for it. No games with Ashley bruh, it's real or go home.
But, I did like her getaway line: "If you don't mind, I need to clean my gear." lol, damn classy.

I'm sure the writers won't turn her into "Paris Hilton in armour", I bet she's still the hard-as-nails, but secretly sappy/cheesy soldier (And occasionally hotheaded) we know and love.

@Mega; Know if they throw the ponytail in...I'll do a happy dance! Also I wonder what did you think of the new chapter? (Kinda curious what people thought of it, but no feedback yet, so far.)

Please, no weird places like Miranda's romance. Seriously why would you do it on the dirty floor than somewhere quiet and private?

Anyway:
Awesome, a more high res picture of the concept art for Ashley's armor in ME3. I like the one on the right though, the darker one. It just looks heavier and more intimidating.
But still everything there looks great, which I guess is hardly a surprise given that it's Ash and anything on her looks great but all the same, cool.

@Data; If you look at the top pic on the last page and then the far left you see she's wearing white under her armour in that one. SO from that I'd conclude it are infact pants.

And I wonder how impractical are plateau's really, if you're used to them? Sure they won't be as handy as solid boots, but they aren't as bad as miranda's heels.

@Mega; She looks in top shape if you ask me! Glad you enjoyed , I do plan on moar Shepley moments, nothing too wild though, since this is quite a while before Ilos and I do want it to kinda fit in with the canon.

Actually, when I was talking about her "back" I meant her back & bottom. It's not needed for final ME3!sex, but a nice touch. Just don't wanna see too much explicit material. Keep it clean, keep it sweet, keep it sensual. Rest is for imagination.

Ideas? Ashley looked as if she was going for a kiss in my eyes ... still a risk, since fraternization is forbidden.

So she wears boots reaching almost to her bottom? Isn't it impractical - instead of wearing armored pants? That white fabric doesn't look as if it could take a hit or two, so she could get crippled with one hit.

I think they definitely would've kissed, don't think they'd go much further in that stage of the 'relationship', besides the lockers is a rather public place. You know, I do think she likes privacy, but let's not forget she a bit off a hellcat and ''on the floor and give me twenty'' (possible a dirty floor mega! ) doesn't sound like ordinary persé... I could imagine  a broom-cupboard (or something like that) scene, she might like the thrill, but she'd first make pretty dam sure nobody would come bursting in.

I wish I could a BW guy for details about any romantic interaction. As I said before I'd love to see multiple choices that will alter the scene. Who knows? Also I wonder if we're going to see more than one romantic scene or just one. And I still hope for some kind of reward for faithful players. Either a different epilogue or different dialogue options - who knows.

I don't like it, personally.  Its not who she is.  She doesn't compete with looks.  She has no equal in that category already, imo.  Is she stooping to look and act like Miranda in ME3?  It would cheapen her combination of tough-as-nails soldier exterior with her soft-as-down sensitive interior.  I never saw "sexy" in Ash, I only ever saw true beauty, both inside and out.  

Besides, this outfit is not practical.  And if she is nothing else, she is going to be practical in a combat situation!

Being caught naked in the middle of...? LOL I think it'd be a lot worst for Ash in that case. Think of the awkward dialog. SOMEONE DO IT LOL.

...I mean at the lockers she looked pretty embarrassed about Joker almost catching them lip wrestling. The *OMG FACEPALM* moment that follows kinda says that she doesn't like the idea of being openly affectionate. Gotta keep that good soldier look y'know? RESPECT.

I can imagine Joker teasing Ashley about that moment between her and Shepard at the lockers. Then Ash getting pissed off and threating to shot him. THAT'S FAMILY.

Í beg to differ, Why isn't Ashley allowed to dress a little sexier? I don't think it's competition, it's Ashley fed up with always dressing in a tomboy-ish but yes practical, way. Maybe she never liked Phoenix armour all that much and now that she's a Spectre she wants to dress in something she feels better in, maybe she finds she looks better in it too. It surely doesn't have to be competing in Ashleys eyes, we don't know what she likes to wear, we don't know if her tastes in clothes have changed or that she's always secretly liked different clothes like these, we don't know that kinda stuff.

And ofcourse part of it is to attract people to a gall in a sexy outfit, something that sci-fi often tends to do, but honestly we can't say it's out of character, she makes a slightly tomboyish impression in my opinion, but that doesn't mean there is no room for a more femine side. So I'm fine with her new outfit and since she still has armour, I don't have anything to complain.

So... The forums can nerd rage? On here, the dev's twitters and everywhere else.

Just putting it out there. It seems to me everytime a little bit of info is released or shown. Everyone complains about the small things, that don't really matter. Like concept art.
 
I would like to see some ME3 ashley in some good old battle gear though.

And I agree: new high res pics of Ash (in armour)! actually I'd like to see the outfits of all the other characters a little more/better aswell. I'm sure it won't be too long, till we get some more news. Right? Right?!
