Yes without question, it's all spelled out in the game.  See this flirtatious exchange. "keep a stiff upper... something" "hellcat off the battlefield too."  And since I don't think Ashley is really the type for one night stands or other extremely casual sex she had to have at least one of two longer term relationships to get that... experience 

That said I think Shepard is the first person she's loved and felt the really deep connection with.  It's the real deal between Shep and Ash!

And there are also the remarks about Shepard's ass. She seems to be rather comfortable about expressing herself in that way. The constant butt staring jokes I make are an hommage to that side of her.

WHOA. I had never seen that before either and DAMN. They way she said it, and her joke about having to go bait were just...whoa. Me thinks she rocks Shepard's world after they get medal's for saving the Citadel.

Here's the thing with Ash, if she doesn't respect and look up to you... she is certainly not going to open herself up to you! So, young guys who aren't very mature, not gonna happen. How is she awkward? You kinda make her sound like the shy virgin girl that lives outside of town. She isn't, she’s confident and knows what’s she doing…in that way. But I somewhat agree with the experience thing, just because her work schedule has been extremely busy since high school. Which doesn't leave much free time. Doesn't Ash only get like a week of shore leave a year? I think I read that somewhere, not sure. If it's true, then that leaves even less time and family comes first to her in that free time.

As for the boyfriend thing...Most likely. Nothing that serious though, since she was young but High School is a wild ride. So I'd say there's been a couple. I imagine she's slammed a few boy's heads into a nearby tree herself. It’s a very Ashley thing to do and it runs in the family.

However, I do think Shepard was the first man she started to really love or begin to love. He accepted her even with the poetry and the blacklisting, it didn’t matter. ‘It was real’ as Ashley says. And when you have somebody who accepts you completely even with all the flaws and that crap, it’s tough as hell when you lose them. In ME2 I can really tell how hard that must have been for her to try and move on. “How can you put me through that? I almost…” Well, you kinda know what was coming.

Ashley and Kaidan never thought Shepard would come back and they both struggled with the guilt. Liara knew that Shepard was coming back, so it's not the same. Poor VS, they always get the worst.

On the pictures page there's an option to submit it to a group. Once you click that use the "type the group name" feature and type in "Ashley-M-Williams" and submit it to the proper folder. ^.^

Exactly like that. That is almost even hawter than the "deed" itself. Ashley "entertaining" herself. Now, Commander Shepard, I'd say "big business"!

Okay, as I said before I have my own idea about Ashley's past. Not only I wrote a bit angsty dialogue about her past earlier (non-canon for my Shep), I do believe she has some experience on that field.


First BF - more or less douchebag with a strange sense for humor. Some dude between Highschool / College / Academy Ash had for a couple of months. While she wasn't ready yet for "sexual encounters", her boyfriend was already quite experienced. Also a bit "too" experienced - it turned out he mostly enjoyed "threesomes" - and tried to make Ash ready for this. Ashley, however, refused and broke up.

Second BF - at least in that dialogue - was a nice dude, a bit nerdy, but really nice. He loved her and the relationship lasted for a year or so. They also had some experience but never got to "hawt action" since he hated to show himself naked - which made it quite awkward for Ashley.
Their relationship lasted until he died of cancer - that brought Ash's heart and she had a hard time. Her military career distracted her enough to keep her together.

Third BF - most likely a "secret" between her and a guy of same rank. It lasted for nearly 4 months until he got MIA. That's also the time when Ash became that "hellcat". He returned later to the alliance but refused to continue that relationship. Ash accepted - and stood single until getting assigned to the Normandy.

One night stands? Negative. At least "my" Ashley believes "love making" should only happen with "love", not just "sex". So I doubt she had any - or only two or three times to try it out. It is not her stuff.

Sex without love? Forget it Skipper. I was young but even as a little teenage girl I knew 'love making" can only happen with love. It's the fuel that makes me burning for the one I love - it makes me to what I am.

That's what I have in my mind for Ash. So basically she's experienced but no "vixen" or dedicated "sex bomb" like a certain Cerberus officer

Nice. Though, considering everything, I doubt Ashley broke any regulations before Shepard, and really she only broke that rule because they were all about to die. Well, that's what Ashley thought. She takes her career seriously and even made Shepard wait until after their mission was done. That was the plan. But when you steal the Alliance's best ship things change.

But hey, it's your story.

I'm guessing she got whatever experience during 16 - 18. That's two years, old enough to pick up a few pointers. Ah, teenage years, so many urges and mood swings. I don't think Ash would be a one night stand kinda gal either. She's gotta feel a special connection to someone. That quote was a pretty good one.

The thing is: I don't want to see Ash getting wasted to the "wrong" dude. The first BF was wrong in every meaning but also that "teenage love". 2nd BF was when she was around 18 or 19, a good pick, but not exactly "active". I'd say hier 3rd BF was the one that gave her all the experience needed for "special use". Dunno how he was, but I'm certain she loved him much until realizing that relationship won't have a chance.

That quote is meant to be whispered into Shepard's ear by Ash - part of a romantic scene & prelude into something more physical. At least it works for me.
The "quote" is one of the lines my fiancee said to me a while ago, a tad different but with the same meaning. Just for the record *g*

Chances are Ashley did get wasted to the wrong dude. Guys chase the girl. But she's not worried over it and it probably happened way before 19. I mean c'mon... Like 16. It's common.  Guess we're gonna have to disagree.

Anyway... With that new demo coming soon, I wonder if we'll get to see Ashley in it, and have her in the party like Anderson. You know, at the start of the singleplayer demo. Maybe show us her escorting Shepard to Earth or her talking during the trial. I hope so. And I can't freaking wait for it.  I'd laugh if Ashley "finger quoted" the turian council member back. Awesome moment, and I think she'd actually do it, if he started acting like a smartass.

I read a fanfiction writer's theory. Harbinger - controlling a Collector - damn near ordered Ash to escape after realising who she was and what value she had to Shepard as a way to demoralize him.... or something like that.
