I've got a little question: What's Ash her favorite breakfast? Her favorite snack, favorite supper...etc.

When Ashley is back home with her family and not following her workout regiment & diet she likes the following:

Breakfast: Three-Egg & spinach omelette, pork bacon, toast & butter with black coffee & a small glass of OJ.

Supper: Mashed potatoes, sliced tomatoes and a top sirloin Steak with a large glass of ice tea.

Snack: Lite Popcorn (Alliance) - Fritos (Williams home)    

Ash likes salty foods over sweet foods but really tries to limit her "salty" intake.

Of course, when she is home and her mother brings out the frying pan ... well, Ash is the first one at the table. She just has to increase her morning runs because of it.
