What I want to see is Hannah chew Shepard out (not via email) for 'faking' his death and working undercover.

Here are my thoughts:
No one talks to Commander Shepard the way Ashley Williams does. That's part of her charm.(More than not) On one or more occasions Shepard can even chide her for her tone.Like when he is accosted by the Terra
Firma Party political canidate and Ash says, Were you at Shanxi? If not than shut your pie hole!"
Shepard: Gunnery Cheif Williams. Is that the proper way to address a
civilian authority?
Ash: No sir.Sorry sir.
And there is another incident or two on the Normandy where Shep can
tell Ash that she is "Out of line."
But what she says that I remember most, is as a lover. The way she talks to Shepard. What she says is unlike any other L.I. in Mass Effect 1 or 2.
Alpha Example :
Shepard: What's your opinion of the last mission?
Ashley: A little spooky how you handled that Jong guy.Didn't figure
you'd know how to speak corporate.
Shep: All you do is shove a stick up your ass, and care more about
money than people.
Ash: That would be a waste of a fine ass, sir...
Omega Example:
Ashley: There is a reason for everything that happens Shepard.Even if you don't understand it at the time.Your assignment to Elisium, put you at the right place at the right time.Your character made you rise
to the occasion. And that got you here.Commanding the finest tin can in the Alliance fleet. This is exactly where the galaxy needs you to be.No pressure
Shepard: It's good to know where I stand with the galaxy... Where do I
stand with you?
Ash: About a meter away.Maybe one point two meters.Sorry... I'll be serious. I... need time to think. We've been focused on the mission... When were done, it will be different. I sware.
Shep: I'll just requisition myself some cold showers.
Ash: That's the spirit skipper! Keep a stiff upper... somethingI'll warn you though.I'm a hell cat off the battlefield too... sleep tight Shepard.
Is Ashley still my girl come Mass Effect 3? Hell yeah... I want my Hell Cat back!

I read that as "Kaidan is always naked."
... You could at least try to act surprised.

Ash: "I dunno how you talked me into this, Skipper, this seems kinda... weird."
Shep: "It's not weird, it's artistic."
Ash: "I guess..."

Ash: "...but why the hell is Alenko here?"
Kaidan: "...er... Moral support?"
Ash: "And why does he get to wear armor?" <_<
Shep: "Hmm. Good point. Off with the armor, Lieutenant!"

Kaidan: "Wait, what?"
Ash: "You heard the boss!" :innocent:

Kaidan: "....Goddamnit, Williams."
Ash: "This won't be so bad after all."

They're both soldiers, so nowadays I
never feel bad leaving them behind. it's not like you say on the comm.
"I hate you so you're not coming with me" in fact they insist on saving
the other and chastise you for saving them sine the ohter one is more
important to them,
I like to think of Virmire as a win-win situation. You always get to save a great person and the other one becomes a hero!
If she dies you hear a news broadcast in ME2 saying Ashley "has been decorated for her service by both the salarian and turian governments, receiving the salarian Silver Dagger and turian Nova Cluster medals, becoming the first human to receive these awards and being quoted as saying 'human or alien, we're all just animals'."*
*quote copied from me wiki
edit: and of course this opinion is based on multiple playthroughs; if I had just one, I might be thinking differently about it.

i'm wondering if do indeed have a loyalty mission or something. if so what could they do? there's her whole General Williams thing but i can't see what they could do on that. most likely they will do something that happen to her within the 2 years that Shepard has been gone, what do you guys think? soz if this has been discussed before but its such a pain in going page by page lol
Well we have but it's always good to here a new idea. Can't recall my idea on the subject, though if repelling an alien armada hell bent on the death of all sentient life again then there's no hope.
