i have been out of it for awhile about 4 months or so.seen the leaked 15 minutes beta....havent seen any other spoliery content. any other stuff ive missed?

Hmm, well there has been a blurry concept art pic, that gives you an idea of what Ash's armour will look like, but next to those things, I don't believe you've missed anything.

A lot of stuff is happening right now: Anderson believes the Reapers are using the Collectors to abduct our colonies, but of course the Council isn't listening. The past two years I tried to move on. It wasn't easy to forget what we had - and it was even more difficult not to cry every night before falling aslep. Simply couldn't accept you were no more. And then ... you came back. Looking into my eyes. And stuff burried somewhere in my mind came back, I felt exactly like in the very moment Joker told me you didn't made it. It's still hard to believe. Just promise me you're going to find out if you're the real John Shepard, the one I loved, the one who died and the one God brought back by using the Fiend as his tool.

You missed some new guys writing more or less good dialogues.

And some spoilers too, beside the beta movie itself. We don't talk about here ... although you'll find guys willing to send you any spoiler info you want. <_<

They didn't give us complete control over the e-mails so that we wouldn't keep telling the council to go FU*K themselves. I'm so looking forward to my Shepard meeting the council after escaping earth. The icing on the cake will be that Ashley and Vega will be there with him (I hope).

Lets hope we can pick some answers for mails in ME3.

Also I wrote a new one - hope I got Ashley's thoughts so far. She seems to be worried a lot about Shepard's identity.


Didn't the devs say something that we'll get surprised about Shepard's identity in ME3? I think I read something like that a while ago  - maybe an interview or so. I wonder how Ash will react.

@PMC; Well I hope that also means some tweaks to the VS's part, so atleast certain twist and turns make a little more sense then I can currently make of it and to make it a little more fair. It's good to hear anyway!

I wrote what I thought about the stuff: it's most likely they won't change much of the main plot itself but some non-critical details. I bet they'll review the romance arcs to make them equally enjoyable so no one has to fear his or her LI gets dumbed down or something.

At least that's what I hope for the VS. I still see it as "canon" LI (Kaidan for f!Shep, Ashley for m!Shep) since their relationship seems to be a bit more natural than others. However, I wonder how other LI will turn out. If everyone gets his or her happy end with the preferred LI I'm fine. :happy:


By the way: Love it's at the brightest in the darkness. That perfectly describes Shepley.

True, but details can really change a scene, the details can help put someone in a certain light, I think they could change a detail or two, which are not plot essential, and improve a certain scene/ a certain aspect of the  relationship between shep and Ash by putting things in a slighly different light. Anyway I'll stop the vague spoiler talk here..if you want, you know to find the PM button

And I hope you're right about the romance stuff!

I think that a "faithful" Shepard would have asked EDI for areply button so that they coul dmaintain contact with the VS. that way they'd be talking before ME3 and it wouldn't be as awkward as people were saying.

I've tried to write his letter a dozen times already and each time I just don't know where to start. I have to tell you though, I need to tell you what I've seen, what I've done. I hate to say it but while I dared to ride into hell I fear that I have awakened the beast.

The last time I wrote to you was just before the collectors ambushed the Normandy after disabling her with a virus and abducted the entire crew except Joker, while I & my team was out on a mission using the Normandy's shuttle. We where as ready as we were going to be so I ordered Joker to take us through the Omega 4 relay. On the other side we encountered a massive debris field of starships in the middle of which was a space station. After fighting our way through the outer defences and taking out the collectors ship (see attached file on Garus's weapons upgrades) we crashed on the surface of the station and proceeded inside.

We fought our way through till we came across our missing crew including Dr Chakwas. Fortunately we were able to save them before the collectors could liquefy them. We then found out why the collectors were abducting humans - They where using our gernetic material to grow a human form reaper. I knew then we had to destroy the base. Just after i set the charge the protoform human reaper came to life, but we were able to destoy it. We then escaped on the Normandy just as the station exploded in a massive fireball.

Once we made it back the Elusive Man (Leader of Cerberus see attached file) contacted me and told me how my actions had doomed the entire human race. I told him that I won't let fear compromise who I am, that station was abomination and that we'll fight and win without it. Then I told him I was taking he Normandy and that he can shove Cerberus.

For the first time since I got back I feel me, I feel just like when we had defeated sovereign and I was running through the debris to get to you, That we can win, that we can beat the reapers.

It helps telling you this, I just wish you were here with me
