I'll get my copy at 3/8/2012. Stupid EU ^^ Takes longer than in USA, therefore won't be around from 3/6/2012 till I get my copy. Also need an excuse how to get my fiancee out of my room for at least 24 hours.

It is possible to get that big without steroids but in this day and age of the Veruca Salt  mentality of "But I want it now" most people take a short cut. In both body building and weight loss. Who knows what they will have in 2183 and beyond to assist in building up muscles.

Thinking he might get this through hard work and proper nutrition works for me since what else does he have to do while floating around space. I would think the gym would be packed on these ships as they kill time and Ash herself would be seen constantly running on the treadmill.

That is also where he got his "tan" (a tanning booth or a magic pill?) since I'm thinking sun bathing is out on these month long assignments.

I'm looking forward to getting to know Vega and also seeing how he and Ashley interact ... after all, she hasn't had a good male buddy to bounce off of since Kaidan.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think we've actually seen Ashley's armour at all yet.  I got the impression that the other outfits in that pic were other concept drawings that didn't end up as her final Alliance Uniform pic.  Neither of them look heavy enough to be combat armour, after all.

No, of course not. It's a perfectly reasonable thing to want, given that Ashley has never previous worn armour with cleavage.

I really think they're just initial uniform concepts. That's clearly fabric over her chest, and it lacks all the typical design elements of actual Mass Effect armor.

I actually like the concepts to the right more than her final look.

I like them better too... IF they are supposed to be the officer's uniform they talked about in the quote. The ones on the right look more professional and I really like the fabric that goes across her chest (minus the clevage).

However.... just b/c it's fabric doesn't mean it isn't armor... *cough* Miranda *cough*. 


And the fact that they called it her "iconic" look just annoys me. That is NOT her iconic look... SORRY. <_<

I think by "iconic" they mean "default." Alternatively, "the image we will use in advertisements."

Dunno about you, but I miss the Phoenix. OH WELL, PINK COLLECTOR'S EDITION OUTFIT IT IS.

I must say I like the fact that they flat out admitted that they redesigned her with intent to give her sex appeal, granted I still am not exactly pleased that they did that but at least they were honest about it.

Anyway I agree with Admiral Cheez about the other concept art in that it looks like earlier concepts for Ashley's 'officer uniform', at least I sincerely hope that's what they are. It would certainly be equivical to side stepping a pot hole only to fall of a bridge if Bioware finally gave Ashley armor only to also include a boob window.
But still, I'm going to try to remain hopeful and even *if* Bioware decide to just stick with 'sexy' being Ashley's only look, I can live with it... I'd be frustrated but I would be able to live with it.

But still all of these pictures and such are awesome, it would be that all the new news shows up while I'm asleep.
