Heres another shepley dialouge for you all, been trying to write this one for a while now see what you think:

SSV Normandy SR2 - En Route to Citadel from Earth
Deck 1 The Loft
17.30hrs

*Shepards sitting at his desk going through ship reports when the door to his cabin opens*

Ashley: Shepard....Shepard.....John.....can I come in?
Shepard: Huh.....sorry Ash I didn't hear you I was just going over these reports
Ashley: Trying to catch up on the last three months
Shepard: I don't think I'll ever catch up, So much has happened while I was dead
Ashley: *lowers her head and closes her eyes* I wish you wouldn't say it like that
Shepard: It happened I died and then a was brought back, I didn't choose to but I have a Job to do.
Ashley: Saving earth and the rest of the Galaxy. It's a tough assignment
Shepard: They always are but that's not the reason you came up here is it?
Ashley: No it wasn't
Shepard: I suppose it was easier for you not to see me when the Alliance brass grounded me, after all you wouldn't want to be seen with a terrorist......Mass murder.......a destroyer of worlds, what would people think?
Ashley: That's not fair Shepard last time I saw you, you were working with Cerberus then later I found out the you destroyed a mass relay and killed over 300,000 Baterians. What was I supposed to think?
Shepard: I know what I did, I had to choose between 300,000 lives or letting the reapers lose on the galaxy when none of us where ready for them, but the worst part is the reapers are here and we're still not ready. Now I have 11 billion human lives on Earth and my only hope to save them is to unite a galaxy. It's never been done.

*he throws a data pad on to the desk and nudges a photo frame activating it*

Ashley: What's that? Is that a picture of me?
Shepard: It a reminder of some one I lost, some one who trusted me once...some one I Love
Ashley: Oh John I never stop loving you it's just.....
Shepard: Just what Ash?
Ashley: When you died it tore me up but I got through it this time.........I don't know if I could take losing you a second time.
Shepard: I know, after we saw each other on Horizon I felt the same I'd come back but at the same time I had lost you. That's when I got the photo of you, all my hopes and dreams, my future its always been you Ash.
Ashley: I tried to fight it, I tried to tell myself that you weren't my Shepard that the things I wanted died with you 3 years ago but they didn't I Love You too that's never going to change

*Ashley and john move close together and share a tender kiss, Then Ashley pulls away slightly*

Ashley: I've missed you John
Shepard: I missed you to Ash
Ashley: Lets just take this slowly ok, one step at a time we've still got a galaxy to save.
Shepard: Ok *he then pulls Ashley close and kisses her again*
Ashley: ummmm.....save some for later john. *Smiling she says* I'd better get back to the CIC.

On the question of Shepard "cheating," I do expect Ashley (and Kaidan) to be have some hard feelings toward the new LI, particularly if it's with Miranda or Jacob (Cerberus). However, from the way I understood Horizon, the VS assumes that the relationship is "over" but sends an email suggesting that reconciliation is possible.

I credit Ashley being a mature enough character not to have an emotional rant or Baldur's Gate style cat fight UNLESS Bioware give players the option to make Shepard act like a total douche or "have it both ways."

It's indeed funny how much of a difference it makes, I like her new face-update, but she does immediately look more Ashley when you add "manbrows"

LOVE the one on the far right!!! ... Just proves that you don't have to be a cookie cutter super model to look good. It makes a HUGE difference.

Now if the top part of her nose was sunken back in and more even with her eyes like in ME1. It'd be perfect. lol

I've read Bioware employees say that in response to player unhappiness with a single "iconic" look for each character in ME2 and DA2, future games will allow players to choose from a limited number of "iconic" looks. I have seen nothing about changing hair specifically, but I suppose it is possible that each "iconic" look could have a different hair style.

It sounds wonderful, but I dare not trust to hope.

P.S. Ponytail or Bun for combat (either looks great)
         Long hair for romantic candlelit dinners in Shepards cabin.
         Lets just hope BW doesn't put a visor over her face (I hate them all in ME2) then I'd by happy.

Joker: Looks like the Reapers went through here too. Damnit, commander, the sixth and the eigth fleet were stationed here, if they got them too ...
Shepard: I know. That's almost a fifth of our entire Armada.
Joker: Aye. Did you ever got the feeling this could be the end of our days lately?
Shepard: We can't give up now, Jeff. Everyone is counting on us - either we'll find a way to stop the Reapers or no one will. Sure, it sounds like another suicide mission, but we went through two already, I'm sure we can do the hattrick. Hope is everything we have left. Let that be a beacon of light in our darkest hour.
Joker: I'll keep that in mind, Commander.
Ashley: Well spoken, Shepard. A bit sappy ... but that always was your flaw: pulling cheesy lines.
Shepard: Hey Ashley - we hadn't any time to talk yet.
Ashley: You wanted those reports of the last month since they got you grounded.
Shepard: Thank you. I'll read them later, in the loft.
