Remember when Shepard told Kaidan that he couldn't see Ash in a miniskirt and Ash replied with "Damn right you don't"? Yeah...
Also, you know something's wrong when the Biotic blue skinned token fanservice girl with plotshield has more actual armor than the badass front-line soldier girl who shunned this sort of wardrobe...
And as if that isn't enough, it seems that ONLY the women Shepard picks up for his/her team are the ONLY ones with skimpy outfits. Vasir? Armor. Cerberus girl troopers? Armor. Blue Suns women? Armor. ALL males? Armor.
Miranda, Samara, Morinth and now Ashley? Catsuits, cleavage and high heels!
I'd like that, at least once, 16 year old horny teenagers wouldn't be the focus group on "creative decisions"...
PS: I LOVE this skirt/heels/garters as off-duty wear. As actual combat suits? good going there Bioware... Yep, I'm bitter as hell.
And I'd also LOVE to hear Casey explaining this...
Well, she clearly has a small strip of Armor just above her knee, right there on her thigh high boots under her tinfoil mini-skirt, and Shoulder "armor" with a giant freaking hole in the middle making it completely useless.
I was saying from the time Casey tweeted that about Ash's "armor" that it was complete utter BS designed to get fans to shut up about it, and that the """armor""" he was talking about was her stripper's outfit.
Of course nobody wanted to listen to me.
But hey, look on the bright side, Bioware are going to bend you over and take 3 dollars out of your wallet so you can get some DLC armor for Ash that they damn well know should've (and easilly could've) been in the game in the first place. (It's probably already designed and ready to go) The Ash fans will pay for it after all, why not squeeze every dime out of this franchise that they can? Most people seem to like seeing publishers make money off of this whole DLC scam after all (lord knows I've seen enough people have hissy fits when you criticize the practice), I mean, why respect your own characters and fanbase when you can sucker more people out of their money via the "wonderful" "innovation" that is DLC.
I'm sure this mess will be followed up with more heaping BS about not compromising "creative vision" (which ironically is already very much compromised)
