I'll pick a quote of Ash (sad alternative).

Shepard told me he would go through the O4 relay. He never came back. The only survivor is Joker - the last survivor of the Normandy SR2. The only one. I'm not sure if Joker truly got over it. He's acting like normal, but I can see the pain in his eyes. He saw Shepard dying. Again. I lost Shepard. Again. And I'm sure we won't win this, if the Reapers return. Not sure if I can take any more. I lost the only one I truly loved ... and there's no future for anyone. Ash ... listen to yourself ... Shepard would never have allowed to see you like that. The best you can do now is to continue his work. They made you to a Spectre. They gave you a ship. Now ... make it happen. For Shepard. For my family.

Whoever is writing her now better not screw this up. This isn't a talimance, with Ashley gushing over how awesome Shepard. That crap is boring. Stay away from my Ashley romance.

You'll get both. Except a cat-fight. The love interests aren't gonna get down and punch it out for Shepard's love. They either mean something to him/her or not. Ashley has a hilarious line regarding Miranda. I actually laughed. It's soooo Ashley. And so full of win.

Very worth it. As we say over here in the old Ashley thread "Ash is worth it." Which basically means "F**k you BioWare. You can do whatever you like to her character, but we'll always like her and remember her as the badass softie she is."

Hey now, we both agree that we liked some of the spoiler romance dialogues right? I think that's something that might earn a 'thank you' to Bioware. I'm ready to actually be happy and hopeful at long last.

Yeah. We can agree on that. It seems we all can get our happy endings with Ash, if romanced and played right. Still, I don't like that outfit of hers.

On the top of my head....

Shepard and Ash cuddling on a couch while watching tv and eating popcorn? Also Garrus and Tali are sitting on a beanbag on the floor and an armchair respectively and the robot dog is curled up at Shepard and Ashley's feet?

Love the Stargate dialogue Ctpdata I'm a big fan myself. I always thought that Ashley and Shepards romance was like John Critons and Aryn Suns romance in Farscape.

At first, I only saw the "blue and purple blood" part and thought they were standing on a pile of dead turians and asari, and I thought "that wouldn't improve Ashley's image much..."

It just seems right to me to write it that way. If we were writing for them in ME1 there wouldn't be much of that at all, nor much in ME2. It just seems right to me to write it that way. If we were writing for them in ME1 there wouldn't be much of that at all, nor much in ME2. After three years, I can't see the deed lasting for more than 60 seconds LOL
