I'm still hoping for ME3!demo and that you can import your ME2 Shepard into that demo. And I hope Ash will play a role in that demo

I don't think we'll see more than what we've seen of her in the earth demo, but I certainly wouldn't mind if Bioware proofs me wrong

Actually, if we can import Shepard into that Earth Demo I definitely want to see Ashley's reaction if romanced in ME1. I really hope she'll say some different lines ...

He could've meant she'd order Sheps to get cookies all the time, for them both to eat and they both really enjoy it....Couldn't he? Well...I mean, maybe,  it didn't have to be in a sexual manner. Right? Right?!

@Data; It should happen though! But I didn't mean the first scene from earth since we weren't actually supposed to have seen that. I meant the bit when you're shooting your way to the Normandy with Anderson, whilst hearing Ashley a few times along the way and seeing her in the end.

Nah, I think BW will give us a full demo from "beginning" to the scene when the Normandy accelerates to FTL after leaving Earth. Fits well for a demo - it makes you buying the game *g*

Seriously, we need more Ashley. I want her back. ^^

I hate the outfit b/c it is being done to deliberately sex her up... and not for the sake of her character, but to draw in horny little teenagers to this edgy and awesome game with hot space babes with tight outfits and huge boobs!

I'm already drawn to Ash before that and she is already damn sexy so there is no point in a stupid outfit like that. Nor does it even fit to her character as we know it. Don't even try to say anything about this b/c I'm not gonna repeat myself 400 times like I apparently have to every other time this topic comes up.  

And because I don't like her being sexed up in that way, I can never say anything sexual? pfft, I think not. 
Besides, you were trying to make me look like a moron in that post b/c I told the council to shove it (that could be a terrible choice who knows...) but I just jokingly tried to turn the meaning of that around in my favor. So, YOU can twist things all around in your favor, but I can't? w/e dude.

I hope you're right, it would make more impact that way..Come to think of it, I believe the ME2 demo showed the beginning scene aswell.

And indeed, more Ashley is needed, I'm starting to run out of Ashley.  This makes me realise my expectations might be getting a little too high. On that subject, I've never bothered to ask, because I figured it would be unlikely, but is there still any chance of S/S romance with Ash in ME3? Cause my femshep needs more Ashley too. Question is, does Ashley need more femshep? (answer: ofcourse she does. )

and I'll repeat myself for the 400th time "adding sex appeal" has gone BOTH ways. every single character has had their look updated. Garrus got his scar redone to look cooler, Vega's shirt could rip at any moment, sheploo has scruff and some scars, Kaidan's been buffed up and every single human male looks as though he hits the gym or does p90x you're just upset that it was ONLY mentioned for Ashley and that her NEW casual outfit offers MORE protection than her T-Short and Cargo pants, but you refuse to see it and just **** about "egdiness" lke Drake and Gash instead of getting some damn sense and seeing a bigger bipicture and not looking for things to whine about!

Just one thing about the outfit, before I'll hopefully shut up about it it forever. Is it meant to sex her character up? Hard to deny that that was the intent, the artwork description even says so, so I'd say yes. Does it fit Ashley? It seems to fit in with the universe, so far so good. But we don't know how Ash thinks about a flaunting casual outfit, she prefered armour, but she gets that aswell,thus it would seem likely this was not intended by her as combat armour. Then the remaining question is, can the writers work this into her character without damaging it? In theory, yes they could and it doesn't have to be such a big deal. After all they found an excuse to give Miranda a sexy outfit and most of the in-universe didn't complain about it, thus apperantly it was excepted within the ME universe.. If the writers can make the character and outfit feel fitting together in reality is open to opinion. Is this a fair assesment? If so, can we (regulars) leave it be now?

I just feel we need to come to some sort of solution/clarity here, cause this discussion seems cause some unnecassary tension around here.

Indeed. I think fem!Shep and Ashley will have a really kind & romantic lesbian romance. Steamy? Probably. Lovely? Love by the very definition. We know Ashley sees a relationship as serious. If she's willing to violate the rules and jeopardizing her career for Shep already, what do you think she'll do for fem!Shep? I don't think mankind has issues with homosexual love, but I think it's still more risky than the "normal" love.

In short: Shep + Ashley is already a very amazing, lovely and erotic relationship. Fem!Shep + Ashley is the same, just better

I just hope for an S/S romance for Ashley since it once was planned for ME1 (same for Kaidan) before it got removed last minute. The stuff is still in there, too bad, "hacked" savegames can't be used afaik.
So my hopes are based on the idea BW might fix that issue. Guess it won't happen - on the other hand, ME1 romances can be romanced from scratch in ME3 ... rumors? ^^

Or you could gibbed ME2 and make Ash your FemShep's romance. If it imports right... you'll have Ash+FemShep whether it was supposed to happen or not.

Yeah, if she's romancable, femshep will pounce (literally?) on it, if not she'll either feel so desperate and lonely that she'll pounce anyone, or go through without sexytimes. It seems to me like the femshep romance could bring another side of Ashley to the table a little more clearly than maleshep could. I can't quite place my finger on what that would exactly be though. Not yet atleast.
I feel Ashley's character atleast lends to being open about sexual preference and going either way.

I meant Ash would behave pretty much similar with fem!Shep as she would do with her sisters. Just add romantic love and you'll get the idea. Caring. Loving. You name it. Ash is a family person. And that shows with her sisters AND with Shepard. Regardless of gender.

Am I the only one who also can imagine a non-sexual romance between fem!Shep and Ashley?
