I don't know how well Ashley likes shopping. I see her as the type that likes to get in and get out unless she's shopping for a specific event then she probably spends some serious time in the stores, but otherwise she's not a big time shopper.

Ashley: Chalk it up to a feminine impropriety if you must, but could we please expedite this little stroll through SoHo.

Sarah: No, a little window shopping won't kill you, Ash. Besides a big ticket purchase could be the answer to your perpetual state of melancholy, the boost that breaks you out of your current social slump. 

Ashley: *Rolls Eyes*

Sarah: The feeling you have after buying that pair of studded Gucci sunglasses will be so overwhelming it won't even be communicable.

Ashley: Overwhelming in the sense I'd want to shoot myself over the price. Sarah, I don't need designer clothes and cosmetic enhancement to boost my self-esteem and you don't either. No one does. I thought you'd be past equating material things with success by now. And for the record, my social life is fine.

Sarah: Please, you haven't had a night out in months and why are you getting so worked up about this?

Ashley: I'm not getting worked up, I just have an opinion is all.

Sarah: Well, alert the media. And buy those glasses because if I get them you won't be borrowing them anytime soon. And try on that bikini, Shepard will love it when you go on va-cay in the summer.

I'm a little disappointed that I switched from the 360 to the ps3 for the free MP, cuz now I'll only get one game with Ash. Too bad Bioware hasn't announced plans to port ME1 to the PS3.

Hmmm. I'd recommend drop crappy consoles and go for a PC.
Then again, scratch that. I don't wanna start a platform war. Again. :happy:


About shopping: think Ash is a bit like my sister. She does shopping, but she does it only if needed (eg: she needs some stuff). I enjoy shopping with my sis far more than with my fiancee - because my sister restricts it to a maximum of two hours and shopping usually ends with coffee.
Therefore I think Ash will do some shopping - but not too much. And she loves coffee.

What about that cake-stuff?! Lost in translation. Does "Ashley's cake" mean the same like "Ashley's talents" or something?!

I'm a 100% PC gamer ... that's why. PS3 is pretty much crap: too late, not better than a 360 ... and any of those "next gen" consoles are horribly outdated - and no sucessors are announced yet.


Just as I said, I don't wanna start that debate again. I dislike consoles mostly because a lot of great games got never released for PC or delayed ... the Publishers should start to release any of their games for any platform and allow platform-crossing multiplayer experience. Then I'm fine. :lol:



Just to return to that statement: PC-multigaming is still free of charge. I really don't get it why someone would go from 360 to PS3 'cause of that MP feature - in a series like ME where the SP experience is more important.
Go for a PC instead. You don't need a high-end machine for ME1 - ME3.
