If you could write the perfect ending for Ashley & Shepard once the war is over, how would that story look like? And does it have a chance to happen in game?

Right now I'm a bit worried ... I'm not the type for sad endings. So make Ashley & Shepard happy ^^

It seems like every other person I talk to wants to have an evil and sadistic ending just for lulz.

Uhh, such ending should be possible - as long as I don't have to pick it. I'll stick with the sappy happy ending stuff. Our world is f*cked up enough and "happy ends" rarely happen. I need that contrast to stay sane.

I'm going to go with Shepard making a heroic ending, saving the Normandy, Earth and Ashley. Shepard will be placed in a quiet position, likely Alien-Human relations or reconstruction of Earth. They will retire someplace near Vancouver or Edmonton (EA and Bioware's locations) and Dr. Chakwas will announce that Ash is pregnant. The final scene will be in the doctor's office with Shepard holding Ashley's hand.

Kallen and Ashley get Married and have a son (made similar to how Miranda was made but with both of their DNA) and they name him Kaidan Alenko Williams-Shepard. With two awesome Mom's Kaidan grows up to be a Spectre, following both of his parents in just being awesome.

A beaten, bloodied, almost half dead again Shepard is pulled from the rumble by an almost equally as beat up Ashley. Bare able to move on his own she helps and offers her shoulder to help walk. As the come from the rumble Shepard see's all his comrades and friends beaten,tired. bloodied, but in the victorious and there Ashley is - always the rock that he leaned through it all right by his side..

Mine is plain: war is over and Ashley and Shepard spend a while as Spectres & Diplomats to help rebuilding the galaxy. After a couple of years they decide to finally marry (Shepard proposed her right before the final battle) and they're going to have two or three kids. Dunno if they fully give up their careers - most likely no. If Earth or the Council calls, they'll do their duty. Their closest friend is Joker who keeps the Normandy ready for action.

Something like that. Nothing special. ^^

If they make her bi in ME3, that would be a rediculous retcon.  People don't magically become gay in 3 years.

They ARE making her bi and THEY are doing a ridiculous retcon. You can thank all the silly s/s shippers.

How would it be a retcon? She never stated she wasn't gay, just because she didn't express love for femshep in ME1 doesn't mean she didn't have any.

And who knows, maybe she just didn't know she was gay yet, or rather had supressed it. In those three years she might've garnered a genuine love for femShepard, which she hadn't before.

There are quite a few possibilties here and to my knowledge they would not retcon anything, just show us a side of Ashley we haven't seen or discussed before.

exactly, that's what happened with Garrus and Tali and that was demanded that they be changed to romanceable for the second game. Ashley was already romanceable, it'd just make her even more romanceable. It'd aslo be awesome if they recognized modded romances (in ME2 during LOTSB Femshep can talk about romance Miranda Tali and Jack if they're modded into them)

Why cant people just realize it's all one's opinion. Bioware can do whatever they want.If you want and like S/S.. Cool. If you hate S/S romances... Cool. Why is it so hard to keep opinions like that to yourself. It only causes drama. It's your character and your choices, your story...
