@Mega;Little did Shepard realise that his/her ass would rather be hers soon...instead of the other way round.
And guess what, cursing at fanfics actually helps with getting it written, since I suddenly made quite a bit of progress

That's why it can be used as armor I take it. IT does have alot of padding for a casual outfit.Complistic wrote...
ever wonder what the back of her jacket looks like? Looks like they gave her something to attach her weapons too.

This piece is actually pretty good. Although I don't know if Ashley is the type to be a Lara Croft. Still, she very well could be in ME3, so who cares.ADLegend21 wrote...
Though I wonder if Ashley would get an active cloak if she's a sniper now.

Indeed, that's how I look at it as well. That's why I hope She'll be able to switch to armour once aboard the Normandy and that she doesn't only have it after certain events further in the game.CptData wrote...
About "Ashley's outfit". Sure, it can be used in combat, same for Shepard's outfit in that scene. At least it comes with a shield generator and seems to come with at least some (very light) armor at important spots. However, it's just a "be ready for everything outfit", not a full "ground warfare outfit". Means - if one gets in a sudden firefight, s/he can defend him/herself but definitely needs a better armor for a serious fight.
Oddly enough though the red one does have the much better looking grey/black-ish pants and not the white ones. Which only makes me wonder more why they gave her white pants with the blue outfit.BTW: I like the red version more - mostly because it comes with white parts already and therefore, Ashley's white pants would fit. The blue variant of her outfit needs to get rid of those pants - the color should be changed to either black, dark blue or blue.
Is it so?Mr. Brainheart wrote...

I can't wait to see Miranda and Ashley ganging up and tossing the Shep who f**ked both of them around the cargo hold ME3. After that, they both go for a candlelit dinner date while Shepard lies in the medbay, forever alone.

I support this.
And yooooooooo, I don't care that Ash is "better looking" I romanced her because she's a badass soldier, who can kick ass as good as Sheppy.
