I think that was supposed to be left up to the player. Personally I think there was an "I love you" waiting for Shepard back on the Normandy (that's how I put it in my story at least.)

"I love you" seems a little soon. All they did was rumble in the hay because "hey-oh; we might die". 

Far too soon for love to enter into things. Hell, even the Horizon confession of love is too soon.

And I love Miranda's "you ass". It sounds so cute :innocent:
My own theory about that line is: Shepard "changes" his (her) attitude towards women (or men) and pulls the best lines. Guess he's quite good in business. Therefore I'm kinda surprised my Shep had no girlfriend before Ashley ... seriously ... he's a lady's man!
(Then again, some guys develop quite late, maybe he's like me )


And Aurora's dialogue gives me an idea ... hang on guys:

Ashley: There it goes. Our opportunity to take down that Vido ... again.
Zaeed: Again. *grumbles*
Ashley: Yeah, can feel with you. Skipper ... ?
Zaeed: He's just selling scout cookies to elder people in that retirement home ...
Ashley: No day without a good deed, huh?
Zaeed: Twenty years ... two chances to take down that b*stard Vido ... and both given away for nothing.
Ashley: You're mad, Zaeed?
Zaeed: Do I look happy, girl? I could kill Shepard ... heck with it. That man knows how to pull a gun and put some bullets in a head, but he doesn't understand the need of a nice and fine vendetta.

I saw Ash in her armor and helmet. Basically just put a blue helmet on the picture of her in armor that we already have and you've got it.

Still awesome though.

Though one nice thing was seeing the escape scene from Earth with her in polished graphics.

Couldn't recognize her. They enjoyed Liara that much, she even got more screen time that Shepard
So far I couldn't see new images of Ashley. The old "evac-Ash" is there.

And Ashley still has her sexy tan, and looks total badass tearing up bad guys in ME3. Can't wait for this, seriously. After not having her in ME2... Man, I am so excited to have her back along with Liara and the rest of my ME1 squad.

Also, the new Alliance Normandy looks so much like the old SR1. That ship was my baby
