Do you think someone will put a full Ashley tribute video together once ME3 is available?

I definitely want to see some tribute vid that spans the entire romance, with all of its ups and downs. Maybe that might convince some Ashley-critics to give her a chance or so.
Uhh ... and don't look at me, I'm lazy and less than poorly skilled ^^

I think it's been mentioned before, but you made me realize Ash will probably bring good balance to my first playthrough Shep, since she's deadly at range and he's a vanguard. I have the feeling they will complement each other nicely.

Guess in my case Ash will be a real competition to my Infiltrator. I mean - she's a sniper, my Shep is a sniper. Lets hope she's not killing the targets with highest score points


Seriously: Ash fits to any of my Shepards. I'll pick her for as many missions as possible, just to keep her around. I'm enjoying her voice. And her awesomeness.

I do not know if this has come up in the last 650 pages but do you think it would be a good idea for Bioware to establish that Ashley has a romantic/personal life if she is not Shepard's LI? Not necessarily a squad-mate but it not one of them then perhaps having her mention that she has a lover or spouse waiting for her after the mission is over? I get into arguments (not serious) with my BF over this because I would like knowing that Ashley has a life outside of Shepard but he argues that a professional soldier should not be expected to soften her image by showing she has a love life like all women are "supposed" to.

Guess something like this could make it into the game if not already. However, I doubt it's going to be a non-known character, so you'll know the LI of Ash if it's not Shep.

I honestly prefer a LI inside my world, sure they say you're not supposed to date co-workers and all, but at this stage in the game, I conjure people don't care like they used to. Take comfort and companionship where you can find it.

Oh yeah, but I like to have variety in who I take along, but for the first playthrough I probably want Ash whenever possible so I just realized that's a good fit.

Shepard: Pff, Conrad Verner can do better than that!
Ashley: Yes but if you'ld let me finish for once Skipper...2 dozen headshots. To be honest Shepard, you're outmatched. You've let yourself go, just look at that chubby tommy of yours.
Shepard: You don't intimidate me, Lieutenant. Their heads will be gone before you even got sight on them.
Ashley: Bluff, judging by your constant ogling, you'll be too distracted to even pull the trigger once.
Shepard: Yeah? well you'll not even see a damn enemy because your pretty hair is getting between your eye and the scope. Vega you'll go along.

Shepard: Good, than you'll be keeping the scores.

But who of the regular cast would be good? Ashley has a history with Garrus but he told female Shepard he is not into aliens and Ashley has not been around long enough to earn his "respect." James Vega just showed up so that would be a fling which violates my head canon of her. Tali technically does not make sense but I would not mind it because the amount of wailing and gnashing of teeth on the BSN would be glorious. Joker loves toasters apparently. That leaves Liara.

Nope it's different (thankfully) Ashley's hair goes behind her ear on one side, Chobots doesn't. I do think Chobot should have a different hair colour though, there is a lack of blondes in Mass Effect.

I just hope that I'm not FORCED to bring her aboard the Normandy. I hate the reporters in ME... emily "I can't find my own story" wong and Kalisa "hit me for the lulz" al jilhani. I can only imagine what chobot's job will be...

Emily didn't want to get killed going into fists den and she didn't have clearance to get into C-sec traffic control. Journalists do things like that all the time, they're called sources. She's a great journalist and does her job well.

Which part of the pandering though, the romances or he celebrity VA's and facemodels? There's TONS of pandering, it's not just limited to chobot the entire romance idea is pandering. Everything not story related is considered pandering.
