Not trying to start anyhting flammable, but Gay does not mean Athiest. I know Plenty of ****** and bisexual people that get up for church on Sunday to praise god so a mental belief has nothing to do with the chemicals that cause attraction. character integrity is also a nonfactor. Neither Garrus Nor Tali had ANY sort of affection for Commander Shepard in Mass Effect 1 but all of a sudden in 2 Tali as admired you since meeting you in the Ally and Garrus is all of asudden making sexual combat puns such as "I like to savor the last shot before popping the heatsink" I'll let you put that one together as the forums are to remain PG-13. Their characters were not being called "ruined" so opening up a character has worked well in the past for bioware so I see no problem with them doing it again. Bioware likes to make their fans feel included and they have alot of Gay and bisexual fans and ther's only ONE same sex romance in the series so far and that's Liara since Asari can mate with anyone. I'm sure this thread could benefeit from a same sex romance between Ashley in femshep because it adds another level to her character to have Ashley Open herself romanctically to another woman and still be her amazing self.Sylvianus wrote...
Okay, thanks. I feel that Ashley will remain straight for some reasons.
She believes in god. Bioware respect religious people. And most of them tolerate gays people, but are straight, because a woman + a man, blah blah.
They didn't want Kaidan and Ashley bi in M1 at the end of the day. They were straight for them. So they could totally respect what they thought first.
Bioware also give a damn about those who think about the character's integrity. ( Let's not talk about it you agree or not, that isn't the the subject )
And if Ashley is bi, that would give for lesbian femshep : Ashley + samantha + Kelly + Diana + Liara.
And for the m / m : Kaidan + Steve. Would Vega be bi too ? So almost all humans bi in the squadmate ? I don't think it would be like that. and if vega isn't bi, It wouldn't be fair. Because only two guys.

I think that shot is a Tease. Kaidan's finally going to get some Marketting Spotlight in the femshep trailer.

Just tweeted this to Casey Hudson:
Hey Casey, without being spoilery, what can I expect from the Ashley romance subplot?
Hope he'll reply. Admittedly I know a lot from reading the leaked script already but I just kind of would like to read a tweet about Ashley's romance and you never know, it may speed things up a bit on this thread conversation wise.
Anyway as far as that whole new FemShep screenshot goes, I kind of think Kaidan should get some screentime in the FemShep trailer. After all the gender of the VS in all the marketting seems to be linked to the gender of whichever Shepard. Because I guess now that Jack and Miranda and Jacob are gone, Ashley and Kaidan are sort of the 'default human squadmate romance' for Mass Effect 3. And if we are advertising Fem Shep for the girl gamers out there then it should be Kaidan front line and center, not Ash.
That said, always eager to see more footage of ma girl.
I know you want Ashley so badly BI, but why are you on the defensive and why did you feel the need to talk about all that, ?ADLegend21 wrote...
