Feel free to go ahead. I wrote it cause I read a commnet of yours a while back saying every time I put Rox and Ash in the same dialogue, it usually amounts to a sex talk. Well, I proved ya wrong

Brain, do you actually know what happens? Did you read the script? Because if you didn't... You lucky, lucky guy. What I wouldn't give to have my memory wiped clean...

I know what happens to Ash and that's it, although I have some clues as to other things that are going to happen simply by staying on active on the BSN.

Haven't read any dialogue or stuff, just that one piece of text that outlines some scenario's. Most of it is unspoiled, I'm glad I have resisted. But even if you read all that stuff, reading tezt is rather different from seeing it on screen. You just miss the surprises.

Also, judging by rthe demo Ashley looks great again now!

@Brain... Lucky you. Meh. I'm not all that worried that I read the spoilers. Half of the dialogue isn't even there and what is there, isn't even finished. So I'm good. Beware though, you'll have to swallow a lot of sap from both Shepard and Ashley... And yes, I did say Shepard. He's a sap too with his lines.

Pierce: So how's it going, Chief?
Ashley: You mean between the Commander and me? I'm not sure ...
Pierce: Sounds like John. He doesn't trust someone that easily, even if he usually shows his friendly face. So no progress?
Ashley: "Progress"? No, no ... it's good. We talked about some random stuff, mostly about how we became soldiers ... yeah. Guess that sums it up. Not much about his past, especially not regarding Elysium.
Pierce: It's nothing he's going to tell everyone. Actually, I know only two people who ever heard his story. One is Captain Anderson, another one is a friend that died before the Commander got introduced to the N7 program. And I know some details, but that's it.
Ashley: Yeah ... I'm surprised Commander Shepard has so few friends ... he's friendly, open-minded ... everything that makes someone liking him. That plus something ... I can't point my finger at.
Pierce: Ashley ... mind if we drop the ranks?
Ashley: No, Lieutenant ... Pierce?
Pierce: Call me Roxanna.
Ashley: Yes ma'am ... Roxanna. *uneasy smile*
Pierce: Don't worry, I've got the feeling we might know each other better once the job is done.
Ashley: You could be right. And still ... I really wonder about Commander Shepard.
Pierce: Patience. That's all you need with him - don't rush anything, let him doing the first steps. That's how John works.
Ashley: Hmm ... so that's why he has so few friends?
Pierce: What? No, no, you got me wrong. John just doesn't trust anyone that easily. He has something I call an "inner circle" of friends and a shell of more remote friends. But that's not really describing his view on friends. Those who made it into his inner circle are considered as his family, Ashley. Those are the friends Shepard will take a bullet for to save them. And the friends outside of his inner circle ... nah, let him explain that story. It's complicated.
Ashley: And you're part of his inner circle, like Captain Anderson?
Pierce: No, not really. I'm more like an "adopted sister" to him. I lived in his parents house for a couple of years.
Ashley: Ohh ... I didn't know that.
Pierce: It's nothing I tell everyone. Only those I like and trust.
Ashley: Thanks, Roxanna.
Pierce: You're a good gal, Ashley. I've faith you might get through John's thick outer shell and become part of his family as well. You even might be able to win something you're currently not knowing you are looking for.
Ashley: Now you're talking in riddles. What am I looking for?
Pierce: That's up to you to find out.
Ashley: Now I'm curious, Roxanna.
Pierce: You better are. *smirks* Now ... think our break is over. I'll return to my station. Keep the guns working and everything is fine. Chief.
Ashley: Lieutenant.

Alcohol. Just don't take me serious, that stuff is a b*tch. You only may forget the night with a girl or something, but not the whole stuff about the leak ^^ Believe me, I tried it. And currently I know it better than before
Also it's easy to abuse alcohol - so better don't. Keep it low. A beer a day is enough for example, no need to waste half of your brain ^^

I wouldn't try to drink away my memories... lol. Seriously, the leak wasn't that bad. It was good actually, and at least not everything is spoiled. Some of the plot has been changed since then anyway.

Currently I'm watching the new demo @ youtube. Still no trial, but also a lot of stuff got cut to reduce size of that demo. It looks amazing. Ashley looks beautiful - and her smile - even if not romanced - is good enough to me to pretend both have history.

Isn't it said that the death of Kaidan (or Ashley on the oposite) brought them together a bit? So the base for a romance is set already, but it never kicked it. Think that's good enough.

@Annaka; Yeah it does look a lot better, the white was just...I don't know, no idea what they were thinking. I still think the alt. CE colouring looks a little better, but this fits in with all the Alliance blue. The Normandy seems to have some red lighting though, so the CE edition will probably look better there.

Combat is far better. More fun.

Also got a little bit of Alliance info for you guys from the demo: "Lieutenant Kaidan Alenko was killed in action -- the direct result of an order issued by Commander Shepard. The only other survivor of the incident was Gunnery Chief Ashley Williams. Shepard and Williams's shared loss of Alenko created a strong bond between them, although the incident has had lingering psychological effect."

It's not much, but it's something.

Guess it is. After all, they had full three games to find out how to get combat working. ME2 combat was fine, a bit static maybe, but okay. ME1 combat ... uhh yes. The most difficult part to go through the game is to do that combat. It really needs a rework ... ^^

Yeah. There's not a lot of dialogue choice in the demo, very little actually. I hope there is more in the actual game come March, otherwise that's kind of disapointing.
