Yeah. Most times you die it's because of -really- stupid situations. Like getting flanked or charging into a large group of foes. I mean, I managed it to die in the very first round on bronze by doing stupid sh*t. And then I made it till Extraction without dying once and still doing lots of work.

Sure, sometimes it's luck. But most times it's just bad teamplay (= stupid) or own mistakes (= stupid).

Think "Gold" is pretty hard, you need some really decent weapons & skills. Silver is okay, Bronze is easy with the right team. Easy in sense of "don't worry".

 

From what i have played in the Demo just in the single player it looks like crowd control and controlling the battlefield  has a lot more importantance this time around.  Which is why I was thinking about picking up engineer  or maybe Adept to be able to lock  things down.

Aside from the Phantom, the hardest part of the multiplayer is getting a good team together. Like people who don't quit when they die (especially annoying when it is the host) and people who stick together.

@RDubs: That sounds like a good tactic, also a Vanguard can deal some good damage to them, charge and nova against the barriers, a taste of boomstick to top it off. Haven't tried gold yet though.

- Chuck Norris was lurking in the darkness, creeping God.
- God got creepified and created the universe. 
- Chuck decided to live in that universe to kick some serious ass and entertain himself.
- To do so, he created the Reapers for maximum havoc.
- Everytime the Reapers wiped out any higher civilization, Chuck Norris kicked them back to the Void.
- At some point he had several TV shows showing his awesomeness.
- Some time later Shepard and Ashley were born
- At least that's in the records. In reality, Chuck Norris splitted up his DNA and created Shepard and Ashley
- Since he's so awesome, this is no incest.
- They fought the Reapers and defeated them in the end.
- And they fall in love. Their offspring was Chuck Norris.
- Chuck Norris travelled back in time to lurk in the darkness, creeping God with tales about the Reapers.

Right?

No, he doesn't really "die". He continues to exist as Ashley and Shepard - and "re-fuses" once they make love.

I just needed to add that or in any other case we would have more and more Chuck Norrisses with every single time the universe gets re-created, right? Also once the Reapers are gone, Chuck Norris thinks the universe is boring and travels back in time to creep the sh*t out of God so he starts a new universe where Chuck Norris creates the Reapers.

Something like this.

It is very hard to find a good team, but I seems to have found a good team on this forum. It is easy to get killed when you get flanked or ganged up by Phantoms, or trying to save your teamates when a guardian or trooper are over them. It sucks that when you are saving your teammate you can not fire back at the enemy. So to all my teamates that let me join their team, thanks a lot it is a pleasure to be part of the team. Now back on the topic, is there any chance that ashley and shepard might be available in the multiplayer after the game is launched.
