Nope, it's good. After all, it's Shepley interaction and might allow you doing first steps on the path to rebuild what Shepard and Ashley had in ME1.

I want that scene to just KILL me.  I'm hopeful about that one though, as it seems that "tender rip your heart out" cutscene will only be available if Shepard romanced Ashley in ME1. If your Shepard didn't he/she hauls Ash marine style instead. So hopefully, we'll get special cutscenes like that, right up until the "YOU KNOW WHAT." point.

Ashley: Liar ... blood everywhere
Shepard: You'll make it, Williams.
Ashley: I hope so, Shepard ... someone has to pay for this ...
Shepard: *picks up Ash*

Romanced scene:
Shepard: Ash, sh*t ... you look awful.
Ashley: Thanks ... *cough* ... blood everywhere. Skipper, I .. hope ...
Shepard: You'll be fine. I know that, Ash, you'll be fine. You're a tough girl ...
Ashley: Oh c'mon - I know when someone's life is at stake ... *cough*
Shepard: Yes. And yours is far from being over yet. Get up ... *picks up Ash & carries her to the shuttle*

Nice try I don't actually think there will be dialogue until after. During the scene itself, Ashley is completely out of it. That's how close she was to... you know... it was a really close call. I just meant, that a Shepard who romanced Ashley before, will carry her back. And when Ashley doesn't respond, a romanced Shepard starts to lose his cool, and he cradles Ashley. Whereas a Shepard who didn't romance Ash will just sling her over his shoulder, marine style. Differences like that, is what I wanna see.

Whatever he does, he should do it fitting to the given situation, MBE. I don't think Shepard will shed a tear (uhh not only 'cause of engine limitation) but I expect a horrific facial expression and some words to Ash, even if she can't hear them. Something like that.

For my Shepard, it is, as Ashley is the most important person in his life. So hell yes, it makes sense for him to lose the calm, cool and professional act in that situation.

But why would it make sense for a Shepard who didn't romance Ashley, do that? I don't think so. Most Shepard's hate Ash for the fight on Horizon and for the mistrust that's now between them. So slinging Ashley over his shoulder marine style, is fitting if your Shepard didn't romance her in ME1. To that Shepard, Ashley is basically a normal soldier, they might not even be friends anymore.

Definitely - Shepard with romanced Ash will have a horrific facial expression, will take some deep breaths, cradle Ash, yell for a medic, support, whatever and try to keep her alive as long as possible.

100% sure here.

Daaaaamn guys, with those awesome dialogues you don't make waiting easier... Sometimes I'm curious about one thing - is there any chance for hearing one of your stories in-game. Some of them would really do the work.

Anyway, I've been playing Max Payne 2 last week and realised how awesome could be to play as your Shep's LI, rushing to rescue pinned down Shep, something Similar to Mona following Max.

Can you imagine?! Playing as Ash for a while? That would be one of the nicest rewards for being loyal to her I guess.

That, my friend, is why I'm so excited to see how Mars plays out with a romanced Ash. I still want a Shepard dying scene at the end with his love interest, and whichever squadmate is there too.

It's been a while, and I'm thinking about playing through my canon Shepard again before ME3. He's all default, Sole survivor, Earthborn. Guess that's why I want the dying ending.

Most likely bottle it up, and concentrate on the war. That's what she does - buries things. If Shepard starts acting d*ckish towards her, or ignores her like he couldn't give a care in the world, then she'll get over it a lot faster, and old wounds will heal as they say.

Afterhorizon, it sort of was explicit that she didn't see him the same way. Clearly there has to be some degree of penance from both of them. No matter whom you romanced in ME2, it's set up so no romace can occur (with the exception of Jack's reneade sex, but you have to recruit her first) before Horizon occurs.
