Well, I agree too. Doesn't seem like Ashley to me. The way Bioware are playing it is... that the VS has always been straight, but is willing to "go for it" only because it is Shepard. It's not like Ashley likes women now, she doesn't. She's only gonna try it out for FemShep, if she pushes for it.

Ashley is straight in my game. My Shepard is a man. So that doesn't go against any of those things you mentioned, like her belief or the tradition in her family. Just remember Ashley how she was, that's what I'm doing. Bioware might not stay completely true to Ashley's character, but I will.

Its going to be hard when you're playing femshep and she hits on you.

Then gets angry when you don't feel the same way.

I'm saying it doesn't make sense for the Ashley Williams character and her belief system. I don't disapprove of s/s romances it just seems odd for it to happen so suddenly

Well, that's what you get. And we know they've been straight all this time. Ashley will remain straight unless femaleShepard pushes for a romance. So yeah... Only because it's Shepard.

I don't mind people being upset about the possible s/s relationship but also note that not all of us gays are sleeping around, having orgies and not attending church.

I don't generalize men as cheating dogs (I have three great brothers and many beautiful nephews that make me proud to be in their lives) ... I would appreciate it if you would not generalize gays as sexually promiscious and athiests.

On second thought, go right ahead and I'll just duck out as I wish everyone all the best. I hope that in your gameplay that Ashley is who you had hoped and that your stories have the ending that you wanted.

 Why couldn't BioWare leave the original squadies as they where with Liara as the only Bi? They could have had the new Jersey Effect members into the S/S, think some of the forums melted with Kaiden came out of the closest. I lost my bro and girl all in the same day, I'm so sad:crying:, might have to go snuggle with Tali as she is the only one left still into guys.

I'm against the changing of the charters too, but it's an awful reason to switch or choose a LI based on.

oh I really had no idea. It's still dumb he'd get upset with me imo, but it's not nearly as bad as I thought it was.

I've already explained this.

Ashley and Kaidan are pushed into the same role in ME3. Only one of them can be alive. So why keep them exclusive to the faithful Shepard's? When really, we're quite a small number. It's sad, but there you have it. Also, explains why BOTH Ashley and Kaidan can turn Bisexual too. Pushing the characters into the same situation, same role.... again.

When you look at it overall. Yeah, It goes against Ashley's character IMHO to turn her bisexual for Shepard. But yeah... the VS has always got the short end of the stick from Bioware anyway.
