It's not that hard to believe.  I consider myself straight, yet there have been two men that I have know for the longest time that I have given thought to being with.  I have never thought this way about any other male, and it is only because of their personalities that I have entertained such thoughts seriously.  Alas they are both striaght and taken, leaving me stingle and straight with no time to go to the bar... LOL!

If you find them sexually appealing, you aren't as straight as you think.

I just think that Ash being straight and suddenly wanting to pursue a sexual relationship with another woman incredibly unrealistic. Now, if Ash came out and said she had those feelings all along, it would be a little weird, but it would at least make sense. It would be she has at least always been bi-curious.

The problem is, that Bioware now has to write 3 different romance paths. I don't want them to put ressources into things I'm never going to see in my game.

Religious people can't be gay/bi? Really?

Do any of you even know LGBT people? Ignorance is bliss, I guess. I am just happy I am one of the educated folks.

Anyway....I have no idea why this is a big deal. If you're playing Sheploo and romancing Ash, you can think of her as straight! She isn't going to show interest in women because she's with Sheploo! And I am assuming FemShep has to show interest in Ash for it to start. And if FemSheps don't want to romance Ash, just don't pick that dialogue. Simple people.

And to add something positive to the discussion, I am excited for my FemShep to romance her. I can't wait for their date!  It would be awesome if their date happened on Earth but that obviously isn't going to happen. So maybe the Citadel? She loved it back in ME1.

Really? She probably heard scuttlebutt, or saw video footage of Shepard and the love interest acting not so casual and professional.

If somebody brings up the VS being bisexual - I'm gonna talk about it. You guys don't have to join the conversation, you know. Just carry on with your dialogue, or whatever.

I would think, after working with Wrex, that Ash would be more open to working with Grunt.  Besides, with Grunts youth, think of all the evil things she could teach him.  I see Ash more in the teaching role, along with Shepard, with Grunt.

I can just see the two now.

Shep: "You told him WHAT?"

Ash: (Grinning) "I said that if you shot a human in the right spot, his head would explode."

Shep: "Ash!  He's just a teenager!  He doesn't know any better!"

Ash: "Oh come on skipper!  His accuracy has been going up ever since!"

Shep: "I don't care!  He isn't laying one finger on my Widow!"

Shut the **** up and stop acting like your so noble. My point was that is about as much sense as it makes for Ash being bisexual. I have said multiple times I have no problem with s/s romances except for the fact it makes no sense regarding Ashley's character

Seeing as Grunt is a soldier and he respects and is loyal to Shepard, I think Ashley wouldn't mind. Yeah I think
Grunt could respect Ashley and become friends and he is a soldier and follows orders so I don't think they could
have problems.
