haha I'm partially kidding. her armor reminds me of the armor on pahntoms from Cerberus and those are a PAIN and they make everyone focus when our characters yell "PHANTOM" and they will killyou if you ignore them, so hard. I want ashley to have that level of badass.

lol, I don't care about the goggles or visors or whatever... it's the damn spandexy things they keep putting Ashley in! SHE'S A SOLDIER DAMMIT! SHE SHOULD BE WEARING SOMETHING LIKE KAIDAN/VEGA/GARRUS. Not as bulky obviously, but not paper thin either. 

OH and hey, your Shepard in your avatar looks a lot like mine! I approve! lol

And that's why only Shepard fits to her. He's pretty much her equal and the only one who can "let loose the hellcat" unharmed.

Don't let em bully you, you are NOT alone in that assessment.  She looked like a damn fine Marine without being dolled up.  Now she looks like she's out to sleep her way up, and if her rank is any indication... she's been quite successful.

Obviously not, brooks likes the outfit herself and enjoys that Ashley can be more of a soldier and more of a woman. But let me guess you're now gonna argue with Ashley herself?

Hey Badpie just had interesting thought. In the Normandy tour video that you posted a link to. Do you think all those areas that the narrator said nothing happens here, might they be places where Shepard and Ashley meet up for some of their special training sessions

Don't let em bully you, you are NOT alone in that assessment.  She looked like a damn fine Marine without being dolled up.  Now she looks like she's out to sleep her way up, and if her rank is any indication... she's been quite successful.

LOL, they won't be bullying me into changing my mind. The very moment I am able, that outfit is being switched out for armor and will never see the light of day until a new playthrough in which it will be switched out again. 


EDIT: The only problem will be enduring the bajillion screenshots we'll have in this thread of her in that thing after everyone starts playing.

And on that note I'm going to try and get some sleep, not that I will I just lay in bed for a couple of hours until my fiancé tells me to stop fidgeting at which point I'll feel guilty about waking her up so I'll hobble back down stairs see if any of you guys are still around.

I can't beleive he'd use such a word with a woman he claims to have affection for. It's DECENT to discourage said opinions when they are offensive.

It's b/c I love the character that I detest the suit so vehemently. IMO it's OOC and doesn't do her character justice. In fact, that they would put Ashley in something like that is offensive to me as again, IMO, that's not the kind of character she is. That and it was done very blatantly to give her more sex appeal. As if she never had any. <_< That in itself is basically bioware calling it a sex suit. How is that not demeaning?

It wasn't even my intention to get back on this subject as I was just commenting about part of the interview that Badpie posted. You brought it up.

"we let her hair down to give her sex appeal" they tallked about her hair (dem luscious locks) they said nothing about her outfit being used for sex sppeal. and even if they DID you don't say a womans's outfit is a wh*resuit under ANY cirumstance. would you say your date was in a wh*re outfit if she dressed up nice for you? I doubt that, so you should give ashley the same respect. you can dislike it all you want, but that's too far Reed,
