@Totally Swagacide Yeah, I'll have to think about it for a bit, see where I can take it. @Mr. Brainheart is right, it needs a resolution ... I just can't think of one. Instead I wrote another Team Obliterator dialogue. I'll put that one up later though.

Actually, now that I think of it, Ash rolled on Shepard in this trailer, while in ME1 Shepard rolled on Ash. I see what you did there BW

I'd like to talk more Ashley buuuuttt....my mind keeps wondering of to the trailer...especially that pic..There's just a lot of emotion in there. I'm trying to completely reconnect with my canon Shep, that pic helped a lot in that.

And yeah Cossack, I noticed the similarity too, I have the feeling the scene is going to be amazing in and of itself, but with the night before Ilos in mind...It's even better.

Storming a Cerberus Facility

James: I'm starting to feel like a psychologically abused lab rat. TIM is the bad guy, right?

Ash: You're not the lab rat, James. Shepard is.

Shepard: Watch it, Ash.

Ash: Provoking Collector attacks on human colonies, laboring under the close watch of Cerberus operatives, commanding a stolen Alliance warship throughout Council space, if your rope had been any more yanked you'd be a chruch bell.

Shepard: Ash, TIM had nothing to do with me joining up with Cerberus.

Ash: Oh no? It's typical of your behavior then to align with a group of terrorists after crisis? Strange personality you got there, Skipper.

Shepard: TIM didn't tell me how to feel about making a difference with my second chance.

Ash: Shepard, you were so blinded by your own intentions you wouldn't have even noticed if he
had. Y'know, I bet after your ressurection you didn't fire one ethical comment or critisism his way. Not one.

Shepard: ...

Ash: It's just your friends who have to sit here and suffer through the Commander Shepard morality play. We struggle with your decisions while you bury them. Creepy Blue-eyed Holographic Douchebags bearing gifts need not attend.

Shepard: Are you finished?

Ash: I could go on ...

Have to say, I'm warming up to this idea, even though I'd love it to be a smooth ride, maybe these obstacles along the way are to be expected and not such a bad thing. I still wonder what this would culminate into though. As I said before. I can't see this as something that will get completely out of hand, not without some kind of catalyst, maybe and outsider taking advantage of this.

Ok I'm gotta to post a short story I just wrote about Shepard and Ashley.
Just for clarification this my Shepard so his experiences might be different from yours.
Please tell me what you think I would like honest opinions. Thank you
Edit: this will be my first time attempting to write a Mass Effect related story also let me know if you want me to continue this

Yeah, I think the VS has such a deep and interesting story arc that all possibilities should be explored. In all paths I think there will be a serious talk about Cerberus and betrayal and that drama and I can't wait to see them. I see TIM being a being time manipulator, still turning Shepard's friends against him long after his departure from the group. Can't wait to see how this goes in game.

Ashley: So now you're giving me details huh?

Shepard: No. I loved Miranda actually I kind of still do...

Ashley: So why are you here then? We what had was so special. That night before Ilos was the greatest moment of my life but now it seems to have become a mistake, a nightmare that will haunt me forever..

Shepard: Ash please let me explain... 

Ashley: Leave now.... (Angry but very sad)

@YCF; By challenging Shepard I feel Ashley (and to some extent Kaidan) has really taken a very important role in Shepard's personal story forward. A lot of what I've learned about Shepard is through conversations with Ashley. And TIM somehow trying to manipulate her, would be very interesting scenario. The very one she despises, might actually make her "betray" Shepard. A confusing situation.

@TNS; You've got in interesting problem there too, I wonder how that'll go. My guess is you're going to have to fight for Ash even more. And the dialogue isn't bad, maybe a little bare-bones and Shepard repeated himself a few too many times IMO. But I especially liked the sentence where Ashley talked about Ilos.
