Yes. Her original writer left after ME1.

Ashley did say Skipper to my MaleShep in ME3... Can't remember where but she did.  It was a nice reminder.   She also calls my Shepard.  "Hero man" on Earth.  And "Crappy Commander." laughs.

@Data; Usually people don't nitpick about the catagory you put it in too much, unless it's blatantly obvious it's put in the wrong one. You could always explain why in the description if you're not sure.

@Enayasoul; She calls him Skipper when she turns the gun from Shepard to Udina.
