edit: I thought it was funny that she said something like "I will destroy you" to my shep, then Ashley killed her with marksmaned revenant in like 2 seconds

When I went to Cronus Station one of those Audio filee things (on the consoles you can activate)
besides info on Lazerus and EDI one of the terminals shows Jack being experimented on and eventually indoctrinated, She then procides to fight you like a normal Phantom 2 minutes later, much like Morinth turning into a Banshee at the end fight

And I do agree there with you, ADL. Ash shouldn't have to put up with a Shepard that cheats and go with Vega. (or Traynor, your choice ) That and make it harder to regain trust to continue the relationship. I'd say it's fair to those who remained loyal.

I was actually expecting that one of the Normandy crew would be indoctrinated
and then a 24(tv show) sort of scenario would ensue with a loyal crew member would fight with an indoctrinated one
ex: Ken and Donnely fight Engineer Adams or something or maybe those two door guards i dunno

I wouldn't hesitate about losing those door guards. Or that damn scanner. Why don't they do something useful like making the Normandy look like a warship rather than a building site?

Speaking of which, it looks like you were meant to recruit them from the club on the citadel. There's lines here telling Donnelly to sober up and get on the Normandy with the prefix cithub_donnelly_recruit. Gabby has a few as well. There's even lines detailing what happened to them after ME2. They go into more detail than the ones you hear from them in engineering.  You can even question their loyalty from what I can gather

@grimez, ummm its an action drama that involves and angry white guy w/ alot of guns going behind the governments back and killing terrorists, alot of traitors at his agency though so thats where the idea came from

Yeah, really. At most, all they did was have Shepard mention to EDI to be careful if she approaches Ash as the android just attacked her, and EDI replies with an acknowledgement.
