Yeah, I'm all for Mark Meer's voice acting over Jennifer Hale's. Don't get me wrong, I love Hale's voice acting, but I just prefer Mark Meer's.

I think I'm one of the few that actually liked the way maleshep delivered his lines. He's about to march off to certain death and trying not to think about everything that he could lose. In my mind a person would either be overly emotional or like the soldier that he is probably end up blocking out his emotions and try to focus on the task at hand. That's why he sounds so monotone. At least this is what I felt and it matched the mood of the scene.
Also he does say let's get this done and go home, which I think says so much more than his i love you to her. It means that he truly cares for her, it means that even in this moment he's still trying to keep her positive, it's also says something about his unwavering confidence and command (which Ashley finds irresistable!), and lastly is that he remembers her saying that to him right before they hit the cerberus base when she was trying to cheer him up. The last comversation was perfect for me.... Or maybe I'm just thinking too much about it haha!
Well, yes. Tali and Legion have dialogue for Garrus' recruitment mission but there is A WAY to bring them on that mission. Somewhere on the forum was a guide.Grimez7 wrote...
I'm baaaaack!! Ok, as for the dialogue, BioWare always does that. Tali and Legion have dialogue for the Archangel mission in ME2. They probably know that people will find a way to have the characters with them and have it make sense. As for that pic clone....

He ALWAYS sounds monotone... it's one of the biggest reasons I prefer FemShep over DudeShep.
