Guys I saw a video where tali's helmet was different, is that an appareance that comes with Javik DLC or is a mode?

One of her outfits does indeed have a different helmet. I think it is the Javik one. It's a cool suit, but it's annoying when you get a cut scene and can't see her face outline.

If it's the one that's mostly dark colored and she has thin slats on her visor to look out through, its in the From the Ashes DLC.

Looks like 10 new pages or so since I last popped up. Did I miss anything good?

Depends. If you like shep in his undies wandering around the Normandy, then yes.

Just the normal witticisms, speculation, pining, and resultant facepalms due to said pining. Nothing unusual.

Sure. Gimme time to catch up, I sift through endless muds of non-tali-related stuff in the last 20 pages here.

Anyway, if we get a post-ending content, don't complain if the architecture of the house ain't to your liking. It's probably gonna be a simple housing like on the colonies at first, since people have to get a shelter first and time to adapt to the surrounding. Plus, Geth are practical workers. We want Tali on Rannoch, we don't have to fall out over the house, right?

The topic is now about TALI'S undergarments.

Posted Image

Tali wears 2-3 layers of clothing at a minimum. A thin, skintight inner layer to reduce chafing and other effects of prolonged confinement, and 1-2 outer layers, consisting of the environsuit itself, covered by the armored layer which may or may not be attatched. I'm in the 3 layer camp.

TotP bonus!

I like the From Ashed DLC outfit for her. Combat Oriented. Still hate it in cutscenes.

This is consistent with my views.

Anyone who has ever tried to wear a wetsuit (or any other skintight outfit) for an extended period of time will know that chafing becomes a problem. Now try wearing one without underwear (e.g. swimming trunks) so the chafing applies to your genitals.

Excepting the common excuses of "mass effect fields" or "space magic" (which are both functionally no different from "a wizard did it"), or the posibility of the quarians having skin that is nothing like human skin (the official Tali picture seems to suggest that isn't the case), wearing nothing but an environmental suit simply wouldn't be comfortable.

I don't know about you, but I used to wear my wetsuit for up to 12+ hours while kayaking/swimming out to small rocky islands off the coast of Okinawa, then climbing up the coral/rocks and running around said islands. One of the most comfortable things I've ever worn (besides the additional heat), like a second skin. Depends on the material, I suppose. Besides, we're talking about sci-fi grade materials here in the case of the Quarians. They probably have better methods of getting the fishy smell out.

I am back. We passed the 1000, I see. Also, the best discussions go on when I'm not there. Jonah being adopted. Girlfriends like/alternative to Tali. And I'm not even close to 10 pages before this. I hate you all which is why I will continue to poison you with large amounts of C2H5OH in ANYTHING you get to drink!

But I haven't done anything!:o I missed 1000 and most of these conversations too!

Hmm. No not my thing. If it was Tali, that'd be another matter.

As long as they do a better job on it then the smoke in the hill run to the Citadel beam (it's actually 2 dimensional. How lazy was that!)
