I did wish Tali had shown up earlier. I found myself saying "This is really awesome so far, but where the hell is Tali?"

I think I'm more upset that my Shepard dedicated his last living thought to Liara instead of Tali. :pinched:

This. It's worse for me, since Liara is my canon Shep's EX-girlfriend, and his last flashback is of her and not Tali? Fail, BioWare. Fail

I'm not sure if Tali is interesting in it, but it would be cute if we had a garden Posted Image

Cannot resist any longer. But why would tali be in her underwear? She can tolerate high temp, while shepard cannot. She would feel cold in average human comfort temperatures.

I guess in Shepard's case, it would be a unfair advantage for him; he has to wear only his underwear just to keep him from having heat stroke, while Tali can flirt away in normal clothing.  But that's only assuming the planet's average Temperature is 110+ degrees; in reality, very few lifeforms can survive temperatures of that magnitude, and you have to consider the planet was just recently placed into scanning range.  It's probably slightly higher than earth's average temperature if you ask me, the temperature we got was just in a localized setting.

It's also a desert atmosphere, which tends to lose a fair amount of its heat when the sun goes to sleep. I've found that this changes from desert to desert, though, possibly due to the presence of water. All of the Rannoch missions are either during evening or dusk/night hours, leaving it colder than midday. 110*F is certainly workable for humans though *raises hand*, even during levels of high activity in full combat gear, I can verify that personally. I've even slept in it, though you tend to wake up in a puddle.

Oh, Unschuld, you're here! Wanted  to bring up more topics of Tali's nekked bodeh and what it's like down there.

Well when I popped in and saw the picture of Tali standing in front of a mirror, I assumed nerdgasm had reached critical mass and I would be better off leaving for a bit. I was wrong.

When you're going full blast for ~16+ hours on a daily basis you get sleep when you can. Including right next to running turbine engines and heavy machinery. Tali's affinity for sleeping in loud areas is completely understandable.

I apologize to everyone in advance. I got my HD cable today and there just so happens to be Food Network as one of my channels. I've been craving pretty much everything I saw on there in the past hour. So food is pretty much all that's on my mind right now. DX

Tali said she knew nothing about raising crops, but that doesn't mean she doesn't want to learn. A vegetable patch in the garden would be a good way to learn.

Then again, I don't think Shepard is likely to know much about raising crops either... ah well, download some educational materials off the extranet and they can learn together.

I think she might find 40+ degree weather a little uncomfortable without an envirosuit though. I can't even stand anything more than mid to low 30s

As long as its not purified turian paste your talking about, thats fine.  In fact, its probably a good thing; im sure some of us would like Tali to actually taste some real food and develop a appetite for good stuff.

Ive been to a few of the hottest places on the planet, 48C sucks but normal modern humans deal with it just fine. I imagine cyber-zombie Shep will be just fine.

Oh, thank god.

The imperative in arid climates to conserve water has likely resulted in several physiological differences between humans and quarians.
Quarians likely do not salivate at all unless they are consuming food. Their saliva is also likely somewhat thicker in consistancy, and contains numerous enzymatic substances to assist in masticating food without the aid of a large volume of liquid. May be an irritant if contact with human skin.
Quarians likely do not sweat, or only sweat as a last resort option when they have no other way to realease heat. They definitely pant, similar to dogs, and may also have specialized orifices, glands, or surfaces to release heat in other ways. My headcanon is heatsink like tendril hair.
Quarians have small bladders and highly efficient urinary systems to reduce water loss, they may be like birds and excrete no liquid wastes at all.
I still think quarians have scaly skin.
Claws on hands and feet to assist in grasping prey, fighting larger predators, or battles over mates. Lack of third toe on males indicates female competition, though current small size also suggests the behavior is as vestigial as the organ.
Biology is still fun.

Define "normal human" lol. Cause I know I wouldn't do well in 48 degree heat.

Yes SPC "Student Price Card" gives various discounts at clothing retailers, restaurants, etc. and H&R Block gave me a free one just for doing my taxes. I'm 18.
