Nope, you are not alone. I don't like it either. The head flanges just...Idunno. Don't like 'em. Everything else is...decent. But those flange...horn things? Nope.

Flange is still better than the crap photo bioware gave us. Flange 2.0 is artistically magnificent, though I can see why you would not like the way the artist portrayed quarian heads.

Honestly, I prefer the version Bioware provided.
Ya, the photoshop was crap, but the overall design was solid^_^
