A lot of people know how to use a gun.
Garrus can make it dance.
Infiltrators can make it do backflips.
also my sabotage beat tali's so much until about level 50 so ;p

I would have prefered to sleep in too but school kind of hinders that decision. I have to do some porgramming today too... I love programming, but debugging makes me want to kill myself.

Engineers don't need to use crude firearms. They carry guns purely for the aesthetic value. Posted Image

Seriously though, quarian infiltrator on MP is fun. Makes me want to try an infiltrator playthrough of ME1-3 some day (I haven't used that class in the singleplayer before, mainly because I'm not a very good aim so I usually stick to rapid fire weapons or--as I said--powers). But I'm not quite as horrible at it as I thought, so I might give it a try.

Even though my quarian infiltrator is level 20 now, I still haven't had the courage to use her in a Silver match. For those I tend to stick with my level 20 human engineer, simply because I'm much more skilled with it, and Silver matches are hard enough (especially against reapers; just did one of those, made it to the end by the skin of our teeth, luckily it was Firebase White which is an easy map).

It is said that debugging is harder than programming. Therefore, if you write a program at the max of your abilities, you are by definition not smart enough to debug it. Posted Image

Dilandau3000 you just managed to make me a sad panda. I seriously think they should make robots specifically for the purpose of debugging. It honestly makes you want to rip your hair out sometimes. The longest I've had to debug for thus far was 5 hours. It was the most emotional 5 hours of my life. DX

I have to be honest, my Salarian Engineer is better than my quarian, but my Quarian infil, she is really good.

I'm a Ph.D. candidate in computer engineering, so five hours of debugging is peanuts. A properly difficult problem can take weeks to figure out. Posted Image

Yeah I'm only in my first year of my computer science program so we're doing really basic stuff from your pov. We're making a dent in C++ object oriented programming right now.

Learning object oriented programming using C++: when conventional torture isn't good enough.

Seriously, C++ is a very powerful language, but it is anything if not well designed. It has so many idiosynchracies and gotchas and syntax oddities and unexpected edge-case behaviours that after 14 years of using it, I still don't know all of them.

Java, C#, really almost anything would be better as a teaching tool for OO. Teaching students OO by using C++ should be illegal under the Geneva convention, or something.

No idea what any of that meant, lol

The most confused I've been is the ridiculously annoying syntax for templates. I get so annoyed by having to type "<typename Item>" for like every function, sometimes more than once per function. I think my cpsc program teaches C++ as a base. There's a third year cpsc class that looks at and compares programming languages, so I'm really looking forward to that class.

Well, glad I never took another coding class besides C++ 1, I hated it. Coding is more of a nightmare than playing doom on said difficulty.

On a more Tali-related note, does she ever use heavy melee attacks? I've never seen my squadmates use such attacks, so im just curious as to if they do or not...

I've never noticed any of them using heavy melee before. Not to say it doesn't happen, just maybe they're more ninja about it than Shepard is.

Yup yup. I'm not actually that tech savvy. CompSci sounds like an interesting program to take though. I've always been interested in learning more about programming and stuff. I'd really like to get into CAD modeling though.

Tali's death is sooo painful, don't wanna go through that again, I'm recovering myself from that. I watched in youtube and I promise myself not let her die, doesn't matter who else have die to avoid Tali's death.

I only watched it, because I simply could believe Tali would commit suicide !
