Aaaan I'm back from playing MP. What's everyone talkin' about now?
Tali's long cylindrical tongue!

If you're actually talking about a long cylindrical tongue, either you didn't take geometry, or that tongue is really messed up.

So final verdict? do Tali's eyes glow?
Only around Shepard. It's what happens when Quarians are aroused.

The best answer we can give you:
We still don't know.

I haven't seen it in a while, but my feeling was that the scene following the romance was the next morning (or at least a few hours later), and Tali was suiting up getting ready for work. AndUnschuld wrote...
In my personal headcannon, I'm assuming the reason she's completely suited up after the romance scene is that after living in a suit for ~25 years, she doesn't feel completely comfortable being nekkid... even with Shepard. Seems logical to me.
Yes, that's what I see too. I was more or less explaining why there wasn't a shot of them waking up in bed next to each other.
Added note: Or maybe Shepard was just thrashing around too much while having the nightmare. I've had a few not-too-proud moments where my gf took a flying elbow/headbutt to the face when I was in the midst of a particularly violent dream.

Or maybe Shepard snores really loudly, and that was the real subtext of the whole "we can find you a less quiet place to sleep" conversation?Unschuld wrote...

But I thought she LIKES loud noises? Chainsaw snoring isn't too far removed from machinery...

No, that was clearly an implication of intercourse. They had a tone when they talked about it that was unmistakable.
I hear Tali gets pretty noisy too...

Nah. I say Tali has above-average energy for a quarian, and that even the almighty Shepard has less endurance than a quarian.

And the fathers tell their Children that sometimes...sometimes...the sound of someone screaming "Keelah!" could be heard in the corridors of the Normandy.

Yeah, this is exactly the reason I won't complain. I can make little jabs about Shepard showing off more in the romance scene though. Would I liked to have seen a bit more? Sure, the dialogue/scenes I got were awesome enough that of course I'd like to see additional content. I really would have liked to have seen a 3d model of Tali, or even just a few chopped up shots during the romance scene with her undoing bits of the suit and maybe even removing a glove. Maybe Bioware will do something like that in the future, maybe not. At least the photo was something. Meh.
My sentiments, as well. I'm always down for more Tali, but there are other demands with much higher priority that need to be addressed first.
As for the whole Tali is too human debate, some of us touched up on that earlier today. BioWare did make subtle attempts to make the structure and positioning of Tali's eyes and nose different from her human counterpart, Miss England 2005. The differences are just that, subtle.
At the end of the day, it's a simple matter of taste. Just don't go around saying canon Tali defies the established lore, because that is completely unsound.

I'm telling you, the reason we only ever see them glow is because we only see her as Shepard. And Quarians eyes glow when they are nervous or aroused. Similar to the human blush response.
