Immuno-boosters simple matter of modification in degrees, weakening to allow exposure to Rannoch without as much risk.

Modification of quarian male gametes to resemble Shepard? Some issues with knowing what difference made by different chromasomes. Proceeds incredibly slowly.
No possible Tali-"Shepard" babies in forseeable future. May be dead before...

Alas, what a shame.  At least adoption was one of my other plans, so I am not doomed yet.

Though on the other hand, this makes me wonder if protection besides antiseptic may not be needed?  If such protection is not needed, it would mean that quarian women would need extra safeguards in their foreseeable future, as there are those who would take advantage of this situation, such as slavers, for example.  Horrifying.  Yet in a relationship with consent from both parties, a unique opportunity.
