I don't even think I can play gold matches yet, I just about survived round 10 on a silver match.
I was on my own, the 2 other players with me were dead and I had to do one of those 4 beacon things missions, while also killing numerous engineers, phantoms and two atlas mechs with only my Quarian infiltrator and her Geth plasma rifle and the Mantis.... took me 15 mins...

Best multiplayer game I ever played. too bad I didn't record it (

Anyway to keep it Tali related could someone answer my question on the last page?

Oh! If she's in the upcoming Mass Effect movie (which duh she will be cause it's based on the story of the first game) who would you cast to play her?

Here's a good topic to discuss regarding Tali:

"How would she perform if she were to play a 1v1 basketball game against Shepard in a normal gravity environment?"

I could see her jumping on Shepard to score a slam dunk and break that backboard...but Shepard's a heck of a fighter, I think the score's gonna be fairly close.

But frankly?  There shouldn't be a Mass Effect movie.  Not unless its a one-of-a-kind interactive movie that has never before been seen.

I've never seen her act before though so I don't know if she's a good actor. Because being a good actor and being a good voice actor are two totally different things.

I would not know because I suck at basketball sence I always messed with computers during my child hood.

In ME1, if Shepard shoots the ExoGeni leader on Feros (his name is Ethan somethingpants), the other two mercs look ready to fight but back down after Tali brandishes her OMNI TOOL.

I found it pretty funny....

I'm pretty sure in an interview she said she was also an actor, but she can certainly portray Tali's character correctly.

she is an actor and a phenominal VA (she could be phenominal actor too, but I have never seen her in anything but ME so I cant comment). Tali also is in a suit so that allows for a lot of leniency.

Have you considered that acting with her voice is her strong point, but maybe she isn't very strong at acting with her body? That could be problematic in a live action film.

Don't mean she cant try because they could use CGI for her suit like they did in District IX(9)

Yeah you have a point, although I really can't think of someone better, I'll try to see if there's any videos of her body acting.

Sure they could do CGI, but they'd need a really big budget to do *good* CGI.

Sroka would probably work nicely in the movie. And unlike most aliens in TV/movies, becoming Tali wouldn't need much in the way of hours-long makeup/goo and prosthetics, just good costume designers. About as easy a gig as one can get and still be playing an alien character.
