Down beat yourself down! I'd imagine all of youse is a better Talimancer than i am. I am only a recent addition to  team Tali. (Always liked Talski, but was a lurker, but the ending changed that! So i guess the ending did something right!)

But what exactly makes one Talimancer better than another? We all like/love Tali I'm sure. Otherwise we wouldn't be here (unless there's Liaramancing sleeper agents in our midst) <_<.

But assuming there's not, doesn't that make us all equal Talimancers?

Some are capable of making glorious fan art.  Others can write stories well.  Most also have unique if not superior traits when compared to real-life.

Don't worry about it though.  Was merely thinking about it in a realistic manner.  Some of the pictures and responses I've seen made me chuckle, ill give you that.

I suppose technically this forum isn't for Talimancers, but for discussion of Tali. Naturally that draws all the Talimancers, but we may forget in our fanatacism that some people may pop in here just to discuss Tali casually. But other then that and perhaps iwillkillfortali, I'd say we're all even.

edit: You guys just said what i was thinking! Fan art is not something i'm good at, although i have been sketching a lot of Tali recently, and getting better. Fortunately, i do enjoy writing stories.

If your suggesting you don't offer value to the forum your incorrect. Not everyone can be artistic or able to write fan fiction or willing to comit homicide in Tali's name. THe main purpose of the group is to discuss Tali, if your doing that then there is no need to feel any less of a Talimancer then the rest of us.

Now don't make me get the Tali Shotgun pic out again.

Plus to be fair to Ash she did slam whatever that pro-Earth group was that was protesting in the Citadel in ME1 for being mostly full of racists (providing she's with you when you talk to them). The scene gives you the oportunity to offer the racist dominated group your support. Ash discourages you from doing so and actually interupts the conversation to shout at them. I think people are a bit unfair to her really. I'm not saying she's a great character but she's not some kind of racist space facist like some people say either.

As for Pressley, I found his log entry at the Normandy crash site really moving. I should point out that I paragoned him up, so through the entries he gradually learns to trust them and admits he was wrong. By the end he says something like he would gladly sacrifice himself to save any one of them and it's been an honor serving with them. *sniff*

I definitely remember those parts. *sniff*... Why... Why did Pressley have to die...?

I don't hate any other 'mancer but I have found that sometimes there's A LOT of hate for Talimancers from other threads. I haven't seen any discussion of it surface recently(due to ending rage) but I was taken aback a bit.

Upon discovering this tread about the absolutely magnificent Miss Vas Normandy i have waited to be able to post and hopefully contribute is your discussions about our favourite character in the ME series.
Oh and thank you for all the marvelous fan art (seriously have nearly capped my net on my phone from downloading then) and the interesting discussions that you have (keeps me always reading the pages at work much to my boss's anger)and i hope that i can join in in the future!
