But Tali's personality is not like that. Was she joking when she said that? It was hard to tell. I think so

Yeah, I think she was joking. I thought it was a cute scene; I have no problems with Tali finding happiness elsewhere when I'm playing FemShep or a-hole Shep (although I was rooting for Reegar, myself, but Garrus is okay). And for me, this version is not "canon".

Besides, Garrus and Tali is two good friends hooking up in desparate times; I don't think it's anywhere near as deep a connection as Shepard and Tali have if you do romance her.

Reegar I could deal with.
