Young children shouldn't have knowledge of Mass Effect.

I think Tali's attraction to Shepard has more to do with personality, but given that we now know Quarians look so similar to humans I wouldn't doubt that some of the attraction could have been physical as well.

It's about as likely for an Iguana and an Emu to have offspring. In fact, it's less likely than that, because at least the Iguana and the Emu have the same amino acids and the same DNA structure.

(Although on a pure probibalistic level, p=0 for both events so neither is more likely than the other)

If she wants to adopt, she will adopt.
If she wants nothing to do with children, she won't have to deal with them, unless garrus has kids and brings them over.
