I think Tali's attraction to Shepard has more to do with personality, but given that we now know Quarians look so similar to humans I wouldn't doubt that some of the attraction could have been physical as well.

That's an interesting concept. A geth baby, maybe engineered to Tali and Shepard's preferences and as it got older, it would make itself. An interesting kind of growth... and somehow fitting.
