Something that gets me. It seems like her butt isn't shaped right considering how big the gap between her thighs are.

I'm probably wrong with my understanding of exaggerated anatomy, but something just looks off. (Was playing Mass Effect 1 earlier, and...abusing the camera angle during elevator rides, lol)

Embrace the butt....

... wait, what?

I, am in love, with that....image.

Now if only her suit were so...shiny in-game.

I kinda wish Rael were alive. It'd could've been neat to go from Paragon-Interupt dodging his punches to some kind of "When she first got back from her pilgrimage, she wouldn't shut up about you. Part of me was happy that you had been killed... it meant I didn't have to worry about my little girl being taken from me. But somehow, you came back from the dead and took her anyway. I know we haven't seen eye to eye in the past, but I know you're a good man. You love her as much as she loves you. You would die for her... and as her father, I couldn't ask for a better than that."

I wish he were alive too, if nothing else for the interesting conversations, but I don't think he'd be throwing punches. He's a protective father, no doubt, but I don't think he'd be throwing punches at his "son-in-law", no less the guy who just took out every enemy in his galactic path.

I must ask. I have seen many people upset because of Tali getting drunk in Mass Effect 3. Does this bother you guys? I didnt mind the scene at all.

It was certainly a unique scene; I never expected to see her drunk given that she was a quarian.  Though for me, the scene tends to have less value than it does to others.  It does give a unique insight though, as she states her father would have hated Shepard if he knew Tali was dating him.  However, she's lucky his father is dead; I would have railed his ass with renegade responses and interrupts if I saw him alive.  I may have even shot him if I had the chance, although given what happens to characters when they are renegade shot in Mass Effect 3, I probably wouldn't try.  Plus, I think Tali would break off the relationship if I shot her father with no due reason.

It was unexpected but good to see.  It made her more realistic really.  She's always had issues with her father and his legacy and how he treated her.  And she is smart enough to see the parallel.  Considering the pressure everyone is under at that point it was a good way to let off some steam.   I kind of imagine Shep carrying her to bed after she gets totally hammered lol.

It helps cement one nice thing about Tali, in ME3 she really becomes her own woman.  You see her move out of the shadow of her father.  Like Shep says "The admiral, not the admiral's daughter."   I didn't realize people did not like that scene.

I think too many people think of Tali as the "naive teen" from Mass Effect 1, and were horrified to see her getting drunk.

They act like she'd never be anything other than be a sweet little sugar girl.  And then I'm left going "Since WHEN?  For as long as I've known her, she goes RAMBO on enemy forces and casually threatensa to blow people, specifically Garrus, away with her Shotgun."

She's kind of a wise-ass, too, lol. Love it.

My god that picture makes me question the quality of the mind that created it... I mean seriously, he turned Tali into what BioWare did to bloody Miranda. >_>
So unimpressed.

Indeed, it was nice.  Their relationship goes deep enough that they don't always make it obvious.

She says it in the conversation before she gives you the picture, but only if the geth survived. She talks about geth helping the quarians' immune systems by uploading to volunteers' suits to mimic diseases or something. Shepard then asked if she was going to try that, to which she responded with that line.

Specifically

"Did you let a Geth in your suit?" (Forget how shepard asks it)

"No, the only person who's getting inside this suit, is you."

On the other hand, Tali always had a great butt.  But Miranda didn't.

I love how with all Miranda's official artwork, she's made out to be superhot brazilian model...ingame she's a freaking troll with a body like a half-melted Barbie.

I don't really see too much of a different between that pic and Tali's ingame model, either.  The pose isn't even particularly sexy.  Just looks like she's stretching, and it shows her naturally good ass.

Eh.  Could be the fact that she just has the exact type of ass that I'm into, making me bias.

I never got this. Sure, she was naive in ME1, but she's not a static character. She grows through the series. Liara does too, but in a not-so-attractive way...

Are you cereal right now? Cause the bum in that picture is a grand canyon compared to the one in game. I just think it's incredibly demeaning to not only women, but her character. Just really overall unimpressed with that picture and would like to give the artist some kung fu panda action because he totally ruined my high and made me have a huge mad on.

Her hips are wider in ME1, but I can't seem to find a sufficient picture.

So Tali fixed the normandy then went back to earth with shepard? That my speculation for the ending.

This is my fav fully suited Tali pic currently. Very good.

I quite enjoyed Tali's character growth. I thought it was pretty good, like how she rose through the chain of command, becoming more respected and stuff, while also becoming less naive, more mature, and more self-confident herself. Yeah, she's still got her self-doubts and stuff, but she seems able to bear it better now.

Garrus had amazing character growth, though whereas I enjoyed Tali's, his depressed me. Like Tali, he becomes more capable and respected as the series progresses, but you can literally see him become more and more cynical, jaded, and world-weary as the games progress. The "Garrus is my bro" part of me is saddened by this. The "Literature Major about to graduate in 4 weeks" part of me finds it delicious.

Speaking of literature and graduation, I have an annotated bibliography due tomorrow. Why is this thread so distracting?!

Oh right, Tali...

Her ME1 suit (The generic quarian envirosuit that you can use in MP) showed her butt more like in that other picture.  Her ME2 suit does a decent job covering it up.

Yes it is very far off.
Sure the width is similar (but still wider in the painting or whatever it is), but it's way bigger like going outward. Not to mention she's got a bloody wedgie and apparently doesn't give a damn just because men are oggling her like she's meat. >_>
Art...
Sure the person who did it is talented but my approval and respect points for them are -500 for this rubbish.

Well, her authority is more of a political stunt than anything else. She herself admits that she's not ready for the position. As for Garrus, his character progression almost mirrored mine in terms of becoming jaded with bureaucracy. So I ate that crap up like a plate of chicken cutlet curry at Coco's Ichiban.

What can I say? *Ppptphththpttthhhhh*, men... we're a bunch of pigs oggling the female form with our glassy-eyed stares. It's what we're programmed to do. But at least the fact that we're all here mostly admiring Tali for her personality attributes rather than just her physical ones *cough* Mirada *cough* Ashley *cough* counts for something.

I should really get this respiratory ailment of mine checked out...

I understand the anger at sexualizing a woman, etc...but...it sounds like you are taking it more personal than just that (I mean no offense by that statement).

She had that kind of "suit wedgie" back in Mass Effect 1, and it made sense for the skintight envirosuit...even in Mass Effect 2, Donnely comments on how it's "Snug in all the right places".

She even still has it that tight in the back in her ME2/Me3 suit, it's just more covered up by that additional "Skirt" of fabric.

Heck, in ME2, the suit became even TIGHTER, emphasizing her breasts more.

Well, she did lead the thingy at Haelstrom, though that may not be the best of examples. Oh, she also got to be the Quarian Ambassador to the Citadel... though that was probably more of a "Eh, you're going there anyway..." thing on the Admiralty's part.

Still! Authority! Ish... XD

120 degrees, you say? I must have missed the part where they actually said how hot it was on Rannoch.

Hm. I wonder... Do Quarian suits have temperature control? That would be quite ironic if Shepard had to wear one to keep cool. XD

Max observed temp hovering around/near 50C from several OAT gauges in Al Taquaddum. Rannoch temps are said to be similar.

Considering current space-suit technology, I'd have to say yes on temp control.

Surface temp is 48C acording to DA CODEX!  But that is just the average temp, amd most of rannoch is a deasert.  Costal areas like the place Tali bought the land are most likely cooler.

Also, more humid. Yeah, it's nice to have climate control, a thing you realize shortly after the generators have been bombed out. Still, I'd be happy to live there.

Looks like a trading card.  And her "White" suit from ME2!  I like it.
