I quite enjoyed Tali's character growth. I thought it was pretty good, like how she rose through the chain of command, becoming more respected and stuff, while also becoming less naive, more mature, and more self-confident herself. Yeah, she's still got her self-doubts and stuff, but she seems able to bear it better now.

Garrus had amazing character growth, though whereas I enjoyed Tali's, his depressed me. Like Tali, he becomes more capable and respected as the series progresses, but you can literally see him become more and more cynical, jaded, and world-weary as the games progress. The "Garrus is my bro" part of me is saddened by this. The "Literature Major about to graduate in 4 weeks" part of me finds it delicious.

Garrus has become more and more "renegade" as time has gone on, but he's still a good guy, and has grown closer to Shepard.  You can tell they're best friends.  I liked that.

Tali is stronger, but still very much the same girl that Shepard fell in love with.  Good character development for everybody in this game, really.

I have a Paragon Shepard. He got romanced by Ashley in the first game, but got Tali in 2 and 3.
I have a Renegade Shepard. He's loyal to Tali all the way.
Tali = the reason I kept playing mass effect
Tali = the reason I bought mass effect 3 despite my qualms about the demo (
Tali = only romance option.

I was a paragon who said a few renegade things in ME1 and ME2, but in ME3, renegade goes from being a jerk to being evil, from what I've seen.

Oh, I've taken a few Renegade paths and triggers, but typically, I'm just too nice!  

Now, I will admit, I was sooooo tempted to punch out the Admiral.  But I restrained myself, because 1) it would probably land Tali in a lot of hot water, 2) it would probably hurt my chances of setting up a Geth/Quarian peace, and 3) Renegade Shepard is sometimes a psychopath, and for all I knew he might have broken the Admiral's faceplate and left him to die a miserable death at the hands of the common cold.  Seriously, you can't put that crap past Renegade Shep in ME3!

Yeah, renegade shep in ME3 can be a REAL ****. But still, interrupts (like telling the Dalitrass to **** off or punching an extra stoma in Udina) are practical and satisfying.

The importance is being diplomatic, not nice. Be cordial and understanding in most crises, but understand that once a weapon is drawn diplomacy ends.

So far, in ME3 anyways, the (renegade) actions I've taken were far from socipathic. This does highly depend on your timing, though. I suppose I just got "lucky". I'm usually only socipathic/assholish towards reapers and TIM.

The renegade interrupts I did in ME3 were telling off the dalatrass, shooting Udina, stabbing Kai Leng(THAT WAS FOR THANE YOU SON OF A *****!!!), and that's all I remember. Mostly was paragon so I did those paragon interrupts as much as possible(especially telling Xen to back off of Legion). Didn't like her talking about my bro Legion like he was a pet.

Edit: Was tempted ot punch Gerrel for putting Tali in so much danger as well. Didn't care him ordering the fleet to fire while I was aboard...but Tali? NOPE.avi.

...Not sure what caused him to be so...hateful, or rather, vengeful. Han'Gerrel seemed like a cool guy in 2.

I saved that fanart for just such an occasion. After the responses to that other pic, I thought about posting these, and went through with it.
That's all of that kind of fanart I have anyway. Found in this thread or the index of /Tali. I have seen some pretty strange  fanart in that index though.
If Tali's crying over it, I guess I'll have to wipe it from my hard drive.
