They're lighter, and in essence easier to handle.
Plus they're longer so you can get at your foe from a pretty healthy distance.

The shepard's a beggar, now the game is done: All is well ended, if this suit be won, that you express content, which we will pay, with strife to please you, day exceeding day: Ours be your patience then, and yours our parts; Your gentle hands lend us, and take our hearts.

Unless it happens in the game, in which case she'll just look like she's fallen into a vat of jam.exelsis wrote...
I like the thought of tali covered in the blood of her enemies. It's sexy and powerful as an image.

But what does the result mean?
It's a constant value that is expected to decrease or increase with time. So in theory it should be able to go to infinity or -infinity and still function. It gives you the instantaneous value of love.
Though, if you wanted to impose arbitrary max/min's on some values it wouldn't really hurt anything.

katanas are only single edged, shorter than western swords, and pretty damn worthless compared to many contemporary weapons. The only thing that katanas have over other swords is the, quite frankly, incredible amount of workmanship and labor put into them. They are kinda short, rendered completely useless against even the most basic steel armor, you can't really stab with them, and blocking and parrying with one is inefficient and more disruptive to combat, compared to western longswords. Don't accept the rule of cool.

That emote is adorable, just sayin'.
It should be used more often by men and women of all sexualities! OBEY THE HEARTS! THEY SHALL NOT LEAD YOU ASTRAY!
...Except when, you know, they do.

Ditto. My most endearing memory of in-game Tali is back in ME1. On the trek over to Peak 15 I was getting out of the Mako for kills (trying to level up as high as possible). I didn't get many personally. It was a replay, so I'd decent gear, and Tali was flying straight off into the face of the geth with her Spectre shotgun and flooring most of them before I'd had a chance to line up my shot.darthrevaninlight wrote...

Yes, but what does it mean outside of the maths? I mean R/L or actually just finctional or theoretical context. Where for instance on the scale is the Shep/Tali romance?
