To my recollection, no, no dancing.  Pretty sure, if I've heard right, that all the Tali dancing gifs and stuff are modifications of Kelly dancing, or something like that.

Funny thing, one of the fan fic ideas I've got bouncing around involves Tali and Shepard dancing...  Just wish I had time to actually write this stuff out.  Darn you college!
