If your gonna go a non-adoptive route, I'd figure Shep would be pretty rich following ME3. Just get him to get one quarian and one human miranda-style kid(without all those attempts at perfection). I'd just feel weird having someone else "impregnate" my girl. But honestly adoption would work just as well.

At any rate, I'm happy to see many fanfic stories about shep and Tali, as long as I can actually imagine Tali's behavior :)
StellarMagic does a really fine job on his story, looking forward for more :)

Actually I do too. Her romance forces Shepard to be a bit too gentle.

I indulge in it purely for my sake. It's a minor break in my role-playing.

After I play ME3 when I import another Shepard I may not romance her at all. Ashley fits mine a lot better.

I agree, Saphra. A renegade Shepard with Tali would sort of seem...out of place. Unless the player plans on reforming their Shepard after the romance for role-playing purposes.

I´m planning to get my renegade Shep with Tali.

Most of my Sheps go for Tali anyway so why not him too. Sounds interesting.

It's unfortunate because a romance with her would totally work if only she and Shepard were a little more teasing throughout it. Tali's great at sarcasm. That's why I think the romance with Ashley works so well for a Renegade. They can both be smartasses abot it.

Hopefully Xen will be available in 3.

He never says nor implies that the geth have tried to communicate. I have talked to him. Nor have they tried to communicate with the rest of the galaxy.

Well... Tali doesn't.

It hurts me. If only she would give her a chance.

As I said a few pages back Tali is being a bit of a hypocrite in her dismissal of Xen whilst revering her father.

Rael certainly wanted Xen's cooperation.

It's a shame ME3 will inevitably portray Xen as a villain who meets a terrible end. She's not a bad person.

I wonder if we'll finally get the chance to take her side? I wonder if that would set Tali off...
