I think it's time we got serious about how EA affects the games we all love to play.

Revan pointed it out, but I agree with Mr. Kain yet again, EA needs some hard evidence we're pissed. I read that players from MW3 are calling for a blackout on 4/20 to protest the lackluster quality MP connections I think.

If we can make an eloquent shout in a similar fashion, I say we start a week-long blackout of EA titles, all of them, to show how much we hate the the treatment of our favorite games. It can start here in the BSN but with enough commotion from Bioware and word getting further out into other territories of EA, we could set aside the week starting on 4/20 to stop playing their games.

Anyone game?

No kidding.  Fortunately, I can easily use my history to get to the last page I was on and go forward from there if I choose to do so.

I favorite/bookmark the last page. Then I end up skipped half the pages cause theres so many I missed.

I paid 60$ for half a full game, where the last 5 minutes sucked (by popular opinion). So I will not pay 10$ for 10 hours of content your choice, if you want to stick with that, a fix for every single glitch, better matchmaking in MP, more LI and squad interaction, a good ending, javik, and a cutscene for all LI at the end. I should have gotten ALL of those things already. 


The game was fully complete, and had just about the same amount of content as ME2, for which we paid the same amount. They make extra content, we pay extra. That's how DLC is, and now they're testing the boundaries further. If you're miffed because you think corporate greed is pounding your wallet (it is, should you choose to let it), consider also that the money that comes from the customer not only filters into profits, but also real human beings that have jobs and make your games for a living.

And if there are gods, and they love gamer nerds, this'll end up similar to the 3DS Imbassador program, and anyone who linked their Origin account to ME3 prior to the announcement gets it for free.
This is wishful thinking of the degree of Allah himself personally telling al'quaeda and the taleban to stop being so damn stupid and violent, but M$ DID allow Silver LIVE players onto the ME3 demo...

I don't know why some people are surprised that Tali's face is human-like. Even with the visor, you could see her eyes and nose.

We can only hope. But I wouldn't count on it being free unless EA is actually squirming from this. Something tells me that they're not, and they know that many Mass Effect fans will fork over any additional cash ($10 omg, nooooo...) for DLC the same way crack addicts do daily in depressed urban areas. I love Mass effect, so you bet your @ss I count myself as one of those addicts. I just don't know if I'll give EA any money outside of that. Luckily, I'm not invested in any other games they have.

Even in the books, they described them as very human looking.

But what really depresses me about this is that according to it Allah won't come and stop terror in his name. I always believed that to be at least possible, whilst EA missing out on DLC cash from a cliffhanger ending is completely impossible...well, so much for the peaceful solution to religious nutcases. How very depressing.

It is Tali's voice and personality I seek. Maybe if I close my eyes, I can find them.

If they make it free.. I may consider buying more of their games... possibly. If I have to pay for it.. I'll wait to see what happens in it.. and may.. possibly buy it.. possibly not.. and it still wouldn't change my stance of... not buying any new games from EA.

Dead space 2 had free multiplayer maps. That was EA.
Although i'm sure they realize lots of people would pay for new ending/Tali love

I'll gladly pay $10 for a real ending (which I'm betting is going to be the case), even if it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It just better not suck. I'll be happy if the only cutscene I get (best case scenario 100% EMS etc.) is Tali & Garrus watching Shepard bleed out in a pile of rubble. I just want closure that isn't...well... that thing that everyone's been b**ching about for the past month.

I'll take a happy ending option if they got one, though.

It has to be a happy ending. Dead Shepard for whatever reason means miserable Tali and I really, really don't want that.

In my current playthough, I'm avoiding that mission until after Tali for that very purpose. Too bad the moment was lost the first time I saw it on youtube, I enjoy it when the game surprises me while I'm playing. Even if it ends with my beverage outside of my mouth and the glass.

Come to think of it, most Talimancer stuff you can take from Romeo & Juliet, especially in the beginning where it still seems comedy, most renegade stuff from Richard III., main sources for that nonsense I type here. And most ending stuff from "All's well that ends well", and you can sprinkle in "Twelfth Night" and "Much Ado About Nothing".
