No, at least as far as I know... The confrontations between squaddies are triggered by checking their loyalty status, as soon as both are loyal the sequence starts, so it stand to reason an unloyal Tali wouldn't trigger it...

I may be wrong though...

Allergic reaction, not infection. I highly doubt she will suddenly die two years later from an allergic reaction. 

In any case I am split on the Tali face reveal. On one hand I do want to see what she looks like, on the other hand I am worried they would just make another "human" alien like with the Asari, or something. I worry that because I keep hearing how she won't be attractive otherwise. Which is a big load. >.>

Of course my worry just reveals the bigger problem, everyone has their own preference and there is no way Bioware can please everyone.

No matter what she looks like, I do hope they reveal her face. It would be terrible not to. Yes, reactions are gonna be split but it's one of those things that you can't just keep hidden.

True, I am curious myself. But it isn't one of the main things I want to see in ME3. I would rather that the quarian/geth conflict is resolved somehow. However, I would like Tali (and quarians) to look alien. And with humanoid bodies, it would make sense that their faces would also be attractive to humans.

Mind you, saying that, turians aren't what humans would usually deem an attractive species. But Garrus is still an extremely popular LI... So personality goes a long way. Tali doesn't necessarily have to be attractive by our standards.

But if Tali looks alien, but not particularly attractive, I would be happy. Of course, don't want something looking like a Tyranid.

Oh I just think that hair would be some of the stuff that evolution would get rid of pretty quickly if one of the enviromental factors was having to wear a suit.
