The number of syllables in the third line is right, but for some reason I just can't sing it in the rythm of the original modern major general. I kind of want to sing "omni-tool" in place of "england" even though they're not the same number of syllables.
How about this:
I am the very model of a great machinist quarian,
I've mended ships of turians, asari and batarian
I'm quite good too with omni-tools (and I screw up very rarely)
And you know I've got a shotgun (which some regard quite warily)
Still stuck for a rhyme on the penultimate line, though.
Hmm...sounds good, although the omni-tools line does seem hard to count out. Mordin's was "I'm quite good at genetics(as a subset of biology)" which is easy to time but omni-tool messes with me for some reason. Also DERP! Forgot about the shotgun...could incorporate that. The last lines were the hardest for me cause I couldn't find anything involving engineering ending in -arian.
